Wow this REALLY helped me a lot! I injured my low back 3 weeks ago, and tried to do “modified” yoga, but I was continuing to do forward folds. I have been trying this video instead for the past 4 days, along with some light backbends and ditched the forward folds. It has helped me out tremendously! Thank you for sharing your practice, you are beautiful! Namaste
I’m a disabled vet with lower back pain, I have almost zero range of motion and severe sciatic pain in my right hip. I tried the exercises for the first time tonight and I did feel a little better. Thank you for providing a short, easy to follow and effective session for those of us who don’t (yet) dare venture out into a yoga studio. 🙂

I have been in severe pain for 5 weeks. The chiropractor has helped and massage has helped. But this 15 min yoga video has helped the most. I have only done it once, but I will be back tomorrow. Thank you.
Your quick routine helped my sciatica. I was doing forward stretches and didn’t realize that it was making my back worse.This was very helpful

I have seen the physio today at my place of work who suggested my pain could be sicatic which i never thought i had .
I’ve been doing your bed time yoga for over four years now and love it! Since I’ve started working for the post office I’ve developed sciatic issues and this is the best one I’ve found yet to help get relief! I’ll be practicing every night before my bed time yoga! Thank you for posting your videos and for getting me into yoga, makes a big difference in my body.

I’ve been doing this and Yoga with Adriene’s yoga for sciatica videos for the past 10 days and the pain is almost gone (the pain was so intense that I had trouble walking before that). Thank you so much!
I love this, it’s been super helpful w my recent sciatica flare up. I’ve been doing it daily and it’s been great! I am feeling limited tho- I don’t know what I can/should do now. I’ve actually never heard not to do fwd folds for sciatica and my old in person classes encouraged me to do them for my pain! So now I’m wondering what to do instead? I’m an uplifted member and love so many of your classes and programs, I’d love to know what to do instead of the folds so I can do more than this class lol. Or is it generally safe to do the folds if I’m not actively dealing w sciatic pain?
So I’ve been suffering from really intense sciatica pain for the last 2 weeks. Nothing seems to have helped. After doing this yoga excercise, I actually do feel some relief. Will definitely try the other video for sciatica pain. Thank you 💙
