Just what I needed! I have very inflexible hamstrings, and my lower back is stiff. So great session! Also, I enjoy all of Tim’s helpers throughout this challenge, but I still prefer the practice when it is just Tim doing the Yoga. Thank you Tim!

Perfect timing on this video Tim. It was a very long and intense day at work so this was the best way to loosen once I got home. I already feel a difference not only in my lower back but my upper back as well. I will definitely be revisiting this video.

Thanks Tim, this helped so much. I do your day 15 warm up everyday, which has been a terrific strengthening, stretching, and flowing warm up. My back went out because of snow shoveling and this back pain stretch was a perfect solution as I couldn’t do the normal warm up. Thank you!
