This lady has a clear cut case of pica. She definitely has mineral deficiencies driving her to crave clay so much. I can almost guarantee that if she received supplemental treatment for her deficiencies, she would stop having this craving. Also psychological treatment would be needed, as this is also a mental compulsion.
Someone tell this woman about a product called “MUD WATER.” Human grade and edible. TLC you can help this woman if you tell her.

My nutritionist instructor said that if you crave inedible things like metal, clay, soil, it means if you have a deficiency that those things might contain. I have anemia and I used to suck spoons and forks after meals but when I started taking iron supplements, that habit went away. That’s why when you notice something strange, its always smart to see the doctor..

I feel like you can guess the taste of wet rocks from the smell alone. Like rocks in rain have a distinct earthy mineral smell, so i’d automatically assume they taste as such.

There are some edible versions or this stuff but I’m still worried about her health. She probably had Pica a disorder that makes you eat non food items which leads to health problems. She really should talk to a doctor about it. Most people on this show probably have Pica actually.

@WarriorsPeace_Kat I used to eat the paper from Tootsie Roll Pops when the candy was gone. It was fun to peel off the layers, but I never thought of spitting them out. I quit at some point in my life, maybe cuz I don’t buy them any more. I’m 73, now, and would love to experience at least one more before I leave this world… 🤷🏻♀️
I eat red nakumatt clay and I am healthy as a horse. I dont get sick ever and look 10 years younger than I am. I dont take flu shots or anything.

@Saneisha well if it’s a pure mud mineral mask. Native Americans eat a certain type of clay it’s a white clay. You’ll have to pardon me I forget the name of it and I don’t want to look it up right now. But clay brings minerals. It’s not unheard of. What’s sad is that she is needing those minerals. If she were to actually eat food that had those minerals she wouldn’t be eating the mask.
It depends on how pure it is. Down south they sell the white clay to eat at gas stations. Many people buy it.
The brand and if they break it apart with anything else, that’s a scary part. I hope that there’s nothing bad in these. And God love her she better drink a lot of water can you imagine her bowels her intestines.
I have EDS, I’m hypermobile and vascular type. My digestion shuts down. I get gastroparesis. It’s a terrible thing. I can say it simply and cleanly greens save me. The fluffy kind that you puff puff and pass. I’ve been smoking since I’ve been 13. And thank God my mom didn’t allow them to put a permanent feeding tube in me. I’ve lost seven friends since I was 13, and learning of my disability and finding friends throughout the community. I just lost two other girls here on YouTube so we can actually put that at 15. Feeding tubes in our bodies do not do well. Not at all. It shortens our life.
I deal with pain all the time and I drink kratom. I must drink enough water for it to move through my system. Or can cause detrimental harm to my intestines. And that’s the one thing I would be worried about with her. Mine is plant matter. What she’s eating is mud.
