Fat Burning Anti Aging Kitchen
The non surgical facelift is sought by many. Most do not want the downtime, risks or cost of surgery. Sometimes surgery is needed for the best result but then lasers and resurfacing will still be needed. For those with less jowls, less drooping and more youthful skin a non surgical preventive approach can be used. RF Microneedling, plasmaculpt, chemical peels, sculptra, EZ Gel and lasers can be used.
NON Surgical facelifts, brow lifts and skin rejuvenation are driving aesthetic patients to practices. #wrinkletreatment #healthyskin #plasticsurgery #skintreatments #skincare

My sagging face is part of my charm.
This happened to me due to bone and teeth loss in my mandible and jaw. I’m a cancer survivor, and had a ton of radiation in those areas. I am getting ready to go through bone grafting and implants, and hyperbaric oxygen. Dental issues and loss of bone can also have a lot to do with sagging. But you already know this ! You are wonderful, Dr Rajani ! Thank you ! God Bless you for helping so many women !
I’m not a smoker- I am 62 and have really good skin, luckily-but oddly, this summer, I’ve noticed tiny lip lines when I make certain expressions that I never had before – What can help for something like this? It’s so odd because they aren’t apparent unless I make certain motions with my mouth. Oh this aging thing is challenging.. 🙂 Thanks for your videos & insight!
Very very common. Search my channel for lip lines. Prevention and all natural treatment as much as possible. I have many vids to guide you
Thanks so much for sharing and huge congrats on the battle….hang in there and my energy is your way
What an excellent question, I’m seeing a small amount of sagging in the jowls , but for my age and only PDO treads, micro needling and good skincare I’m pleased, COGS and Juvéderm are the next in my skincare journey, thank you Dr Rajani for another informative video,
You look great doc ! ( natural & fresh )
keep doing what your doing ,no more ,no less.🌹
@Dr. Anil Rajani Thank you Dr Rajani ! I will also keep you posted. If the Hospital and Docs allow it, I will have the surgery taped, and upload it on YT ! Many Blessings !
One day, dear man, I will come see you! You and your treatments are so inspiring. I know there is help lying in your hands. Thank you!!
Just love all the kindness and the challenges you share with us 🙋♀️ thank you 🙏 great video 😇
For those five to ten thousands dollars, how often should it repeatedly done?
Hi, would you think that Ellacore could be an alternative to this issue before the surgery? 🤔 🙏🏻😊🌹✨✨✨🌞
You should try Sunekos it has a real face lift effect.
A few years ago I was spending a lot of time with my 96 year old auntie who had dementia. It happened in her confusion that she became obsessed with an old pair of scissors with blades so long that I imagined that auntie got the scissors from Looney Tunes. Because the radio and TV had become irritating to her we often sat in silence. One afternoon I felt my auntie’s gaze penetrating the side of my face. Then she said, ” I’ve got to get my scissors. There’s something wrong with one side of your face. I’ll cut your hair and maybe that will help. ”
From then on, whenever I sat with my dear, old auntie, I always wore a scarf over my head!
Omg. That’s scary.
Dr. Amir Karam has a good video up recently about two factors that affect facial appearance: #1. skin condition + #2. facial shape (contours and angles). Worth a watch. Sounds obvious but it’s not always.
@tanya ooh I’ll look into it, in the summer I don’t do much , I like to wait till fall and winter
Microneedling has helped me at 57. Helps with collagen production and reducing acne scars and making the pores look smaller which in turn gives a smoother and tighter look to the face. My complaint now is my neck is sagging a bit because I lost a lot of muscle in my neck and shoulders whenever I contracted COVID last year. I’m hoping that I can rebuild that muscle and help with that. Also started microneedling on neck so keeping my fingers crossed. I tried RF microneedling called Secret RF and it did nothing for me except for it being very painful and I had 3 treatments. Just regular microneedling does wonders. Laser as well if you want to take it a step further. Great videos! I’ve learned a lot from you!
I could literally feel and see my face mildly sagging and I started doing the Koko mewing but mostly just being cognisant of literally holding my cheeks up as she explains in her videos! It works ! Also the taping really helps . Taping nose up at night etc! I got multiple types of threads and it did nothing. I really saw drastic change just from building up my cheeks ! Now I just need some chin filler and to keep maintains Botox in masseter!
@Dr. Anil Rajani would getting implants and bone grafting help with the lifting with time? I also have this issue and I’m fairly young! Mine are not that noticeable but not symmetrical. I’m 30 I would hate to get a face lift
Did the microneedling help with improving post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)? Many people with acne scars will also have PIH, that linger for many years.
@Raul Yes. Mine wasn’t too bad to begin with, but the skin tone is more even now. I also just recently started using low level red light therapy in hopes of improving collagen production even more. I also have a face mask with different color lights that supposed to help with any hyperpigmentation as well. Starting that this week.
check out the review about that on realself .. takes a long time to heal
Hi. I follow Koko too, do you mew and keep cheeks up with a half smile, I’ve not really mastered keeping my cheeks up yet, I’ve started to do her cheek squats though 🤣
@Tallis In Wonderland Cheek squats?do what?😂😂😂Thank you for making me laugh,God bless you.
Great Q&A vid Dr. R. 💛 You are sooo loved & respected; it’s beautiful. You’re the first person/ doc. I ever heard talk about fat pads….Before then I knew nothing.! What is the best way; if any, aside from procedures to keep fat pads as long as possible.? Am thinking can peptide skincare & or growth factor help – as I notice esp. when I don’t use my peptides; my face when I pinch it feels less plump…?! 🤍🙏
My injector recommended Sculptra due to collagen loss. At 56 my skin looks great. The results are gradual but very noticeable to me. So happy with results. So natural compared to other fillers. No pillow face!
Thank you Dr. I am following your channel ❤️😍unfortunately I realized that all the devices are causing more sagging skin 😭RF and micro current.. Seems like no escape from surgery
Appreciate your sharing

Sun , sleep lack, exercise lack all kill fat pads. Great skin care and prf helps keep them.
@Dr. Anil Rajani My biggest one there is lack of sleep… what about EZ gel … Thanks for replying Dr. R. Have a great Sunday Funday. 🤍🙏💛 w Quinnie.. 🥰 There was a video link I sent which I thought you may wanted to see – will try send again..
My doc just did ellanse for me. She said it’s like sculptra in that it builds collagen but also like a hylauronic bc there are immediate results. I’m extremely pleased! Interested to see this collagen building effect. It’s only been a week.
What do you mean taping up nose? What does that do?
do you get professional microneedling, or do you do it at home?
@Heidi H I use the Dr. Pen at home with 36 needles. I go 2mm in the cheek area and 1mm on the forehead and temples, and .5mm under the eyes area. I use Hyaluronic acid on the face so the Dr. Pen easily glides over the skin. It works just as good as going to the Dermatologist and far less expensive. Use it every 4-6 weeks. The skin will peel after about 2-3 days but after 7-10 days you will see a significant difference in improvement.
@Total Body Fitness Awesome! Thank you for the information!
A few months after turning 46, i swear i aged a couple years in the matter of a month. I lost sooo much collagen and volume. People use to think i was in my mid 30s. Now I look my age and its kindve devastating. Ive had all my labs and im unsure about perimenopause but all my symptoms sound like it. What can i do???
It happens quickly. Watch my many videos on Plasmasculpt.com and prf
You’re always incredibly handsome but something about you is looking especially refreshed and rejuvenated in this video. So, whatever you did (even if it was just good sleep), it was a success and keep doing it! What adds to your attractiveness is how kind and helpful you are to others in the comments; very responsive. I had a vial of Sculptra and a syringe of Radiesse injected end of June. At 45, laxity and volume loss after 30 lb. weight loss is my concern. Heading back tomorrow for another vial of Sculptra (or Radiesse if recommended); leaning toward the former as I’ve noticed nothing from the Radiesse. Slight improvement with Sculptra in terms of laxity and volume in the preauricular/temples after only 6 weeks. I miss my cheek apples which is why I did the high g-prime Radiesse but it must be a black hole in there and I can’t afford to fill it on a Kindergarten teacher salary. 🤣 I set aside a “fix it fund” for 4 vials of Sculptra (and yearly maintenance). While the cheek apples looked great from the Radiesse swelling, they were gone the next day. Hopefully I get some residual biostimulation in the coming months. At this point, Sculptra for the win IMO. Anyhow, thank you so much for your content!
@Dr. Anil Rajani ok. Thank you. I will .
Common with radiesse although I do like it large part of the vial is a carrier that goes quickly. At 45 I go for sculptra a d maintenance is typically minimal. Thank you for your kindness
Hi Dr Rajani, can you do a video on the Endolift? I’ve only recently heard of it, and wondering if it does all they say it can and also whether it’s actually safe for all skin types, particularly people with melasma. Anyway, love your channel and would be great to get your take on it.
Please link the video, thanks
I m not a fan.
