My knee hurts like crazy instead of cramps. I honestly would rather have cramps… the knee pain never goes away. No matter how much medicine I take. It last my whole period. 😢
back pain is always killing mehhh
i have lower back pain right now :/ yay
Any other girl watching this whilst having back pains during period month?
Seriously Back pain, i couldn’t actually understand It but it feels like i’m being stabbed Everytime! And like my back bones are being smashed. ALSO but not like the spinal cord or anything..
My lower back pain is usually a couple days before and after my period . Sometimes it hurt so bad I can’t stand straight. My legs always wobble cause the pain is so bad
Dee abie Blaire same!!

Ugh I hate having backpains. Especially if I’m at school I can’t concentrate because it’s like I don’t have the energy to listen to my teacher😩😢
It’s killing me
same
I appreciate the men listening so intently. So professional and it really does feel good to know that men do care
Me right now
is anyone has experienced back pain 1 week before and during period ? it hurt so bad and i’m scared.
I do.
I found that lower back pain before/during/before & during menstruation can happen in some girls. Not as common as stomach cramp, but it’s not rare either.
The severity of the pain varies among girls.
I didn’t suffer mentrual lower back pain when I was young, but it got worst as I got older.
I’m 44 years old now, still suffered from the pain. Just on lower back. My stomach is completely OK.
I found out that Ibuprofen can help (a tablet of 400 mg ibuprofen, 2-3 times a day, for 2 days).
Always take it with food. Taking ibuprofen in empty stomach can bring discomfort.
ughhh i have the worst lower back pain right now 😩
Oh the joys of being a woman
I always get back pain during my periods .. But this time I’m getting very bad cramps in my lower abdomen . But , believe me back pain is far better than abdomen cramps 🙂 ..
I have lower back pain before and during my period. It’s really exhausting, especially when you have to study.
Once I had lower back pain, cramps, nausea and thigh pain at the same time 😭
me rn it hurtssssssssssssss omg i wanna cry
heating pad is your bestfriend when it comes to back pain. the warmth relaxes the muscles and it stop the pain.
@connieswife i replied to this so fast LMAO but im on my period rn and im using a heating pad on my back, it helps
@nus I don’t have a heating pad💀 I’ll probably go buy one soon tho
@connieswife u can fill a
water bottle with hot water it also helps !
@nus thank you I’ll try that
It’s like your back can be broken at any times and you can’t sit straight
dayum sometimes I get cramps and sometime backpain BUT BELIEVE ME THE BACKPAIN IS BETTER THAN THE CRAMPS I GET
My periods last long till 7-8 days
Day 1- light cramps, almost nothing ( heavy flow)
Day 2- worse backpain (heavy flow)
Day 3- backpain ( medium flow)
Day 4- WORSE CRAMPSSS ( medium flow)
Day 5- no pain ( somewhere between medium flow and light flow)
Day 6- no pain ( light flow)
Day 7- no pain ( light flow or literally nothing)
Day 8- no pain ( literally nothing)
Edit: also, I get breathing problems when I am on my period is it normal? If not, then what do I do?
And teacher just dont understand they think that I am lazy that happened once

Me too. Knee and lower back pain. I can’t even stand on my first day😭
I wish that was my case! It’s weird. Only I put ice on the area and take ibuprofen x 4 and 200mg Evey 4 hrs for a few days or as needed that week before and When I’m on my period but honestly it’s bad the 7 to 10 days before! WTF 😒
Me too! And unbearable leg pain
Yes
IKR 😍 when that happens to me I just die
yessir 😔
omfl same 💞💞💞
Yeh your periods can cause the nerves in your inner thighs, lower back, butt and sciatic nerve to contract, i already have a small issue with my neck, arm and side and when on my period that can be more sore and my knee can be sore too cos i fell a very long while back now did i total front flip lol and well naturally your body adjusts to the injury, but periods can aggravate it but i think the most uncomfortable is the butt, thigh and knee aches.
What i do with my knee is i rub then stretch my calves, lower leg and ankle when sitting down and move my ankles around… then i stand up and i just slowly squat up and down 5 or 10 times to loosen up my knees and legs and then i balance on my other leg, hold my knee with my hand and then move my leg in and out.
Stretching it out this way really makes the knee ache better and i may rub my knee, on the sides and behind too. The most uncomfortable is butt pain you get sometimes though it makes it difficult to sit lol.
I get this sometimes too and as my body changes my symptoms kind of change lately i’ve been feeling more trippy maybe before, during or after my period but i experience lower back aches more often too it’s like a nagging deep ache that may go into your sides too and it can feel kinda burny as well, not all the time do it get it but definitely more often than i did. This can go on most the way through my period until it ends or the last day it’s really uncomfortable for sure. I find deep breathing helps it though and i guess that’s why because oxygen isn’t getting to my uterus and moving around and wiggling around tend to help it too.
Me
I told myself that I’ll never have kids, having periods and dealing this all this pain EVERY MONTH for the rest of my life?? I can’t , I literally cry bc of how painful it is. Meds don’t even work, sometimes I wish I wasn’t a girl ugh.
I’m 5 months pp and I’m still having missing periods, but every month at the same time where I should get it I get severe lower back pain that prevents me from doing any simple movement. Now I’ve been in this pain for a week. I’ve been taking lots of pain killers and nothing works 😭😭😭
Yeah
Same only this happened in school 🎒 so back pain even can’t concentrate to what teacher 😭 is saying and what going in class . Again and again i go washroom then unfortunately i get periods in school (after lunch) don’t pads aslo what should I do not 🤷🏻♀️⁉️ that time literally blank,i do suffer without pads.
Yes i wish i wasn’t a girl either 🌚
yea i’m here coz i can’t control it anymoreee😩😩😩😩😩
@kate trruuueee saammmmee im sufferin’ rn.
My cramps come along with backpain to the point I can’t get off bed to go to work. Day 2 is like just not possible… I wish workplaces could assign leaves for such things instead of me having to call in sick every month. People assume it’s cuz you like to take leaves or are lazy or something. Mine doesn’t last as long as yours but hey, what’s the difference between a person drowning in 8ft of water and a person drowning in 5ft.
Day 1- Light cramps+backpain(light flow)
Day 2- Worst cramps+backpain(heavy flow) gotta live on painkillers
Day 3- No cramps+light backpain(medium-heavy flow)
Day 4- No cramps or backpain(light flow)
Day 5- nil, I’m perfect to go to work.
I feel like my comment’s unnecessary, but I’m in a mood. Sorry :p
Me rn
Same crying rn
