You are the second person that has told me about that coffee, I’m definitely going to have to try it! I haven’t tried roasted radishes, I tried them in the instant pot with a roast and they were soggy but roasted sounds way better!
@Low Carb Revelation I wish I could send u a photo right now of these halved giant radishes I poured olive oil on ,salt and pepper and baked for at least 30 minutes- I don’t have recipes or times😂. They LOOK like little red potatoes and are almost creamy and mild! Go figure!!!

@Low Carb Revelation yes exactly! The cinnamon gets a little slimy when it’s warm, so I put the spices in the coffee ground, pour a little bit of hot water, then mix it with a spoon. Then I poor the rest of the hot water in and wait about 5 minutes before I press it. I don’t ad anything else, because the spices makes it much smoother somehow. I think it’s the sweetness from the cinnamon. I also have bought a pepper grinder for my cardamom “seeds?” 😋💜

Hi Paula. Everything looks delicious. I do not have an Instant Pot or an Air Fryer at this point. I gave up coffee and caffeine quite a few years ago now. Every once in a while I’ll have a cup with light cream and whatever non-sugar sweetener we have. Thanks sharing!
