Cacao powder has a good sweetness to it. Maybe that was it. Maybe it isn’t as drying as cocoa. I’m just guessing. I got a huge bag at Costco for $8. I put a spoonful in my green tea, and it’s delish. Thx for the great videos! ❤️ you both
On “My Low Carb Recipes Journey” channel, she made chocolate pb nut clusters. I think there were 4 ingredients instead of 2 or 3, but they looked easy and delicious. Would love to see your take on these!
Also, Kyle & Misty Knight made 2 different keto dessert recipes (they are on FB Watch); one was a candy recipe made in a crockpot with 4 ingredients (peanuts, sf dark chocolate and white chocolate chips, and microwaved peanut butter), the other was a chocolate chaffle. Both looked insanely delicious, but I would love to see your take on these recipes, too. I appreciate your trying these recipes for all of us. I won’t be cooking much of anything for at least two months as my first shoulder replacement surgery is in a week. But, I do plan to try out the recipes you’ve made as soon as I’m cleared to! There is a non-keto hack where you can use a cake mix and 1 can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) that works well. So, maybe if you had a Keto Friendly cake mix and use the 1 14oz can of pumpkin. It should work. But thank you for testing this for the community.

Before I was keto I made this recipe and it tasted great. I would also love to see it with a keto cake mix.
I really enjoy a 3 ingredient frozen strawberry dessert. Dump frozen strawberries in a blender, add heavy cream and powdered allulose, then blend. You control the amount, the thickness and sweetness to your own liking.
I’m one of those who always loved raspberries with vanilla pudding, too. That would be a great addition to those frozen vanilla “cookie” puddings. Fantastic idea. I’m not so sure about the pumpkin brownies, and you two cracked me up when you were eating them and discussing them! heehee

That’s almost my keto chow fudge recipe. It’s 8 ounces of sugar-free melting chips a half a cup of heavy whipping cream and one packet of keto chow. It makes a wonderful fudge. I keep it in the fridge it helps keep it more solid I have made four or five different kinds now. I will have to try this one for sure
My two 20ish kids know what pudding pops are, because they got them when they were young, BUT I just asked my daughter and only one of her friends has ever heard of pudding pops- crazy right🤗
My favorite go to when needing a sweet treat. Is cocoa powder with two packs allulose. Just a smidge of hot water to get the mixture mixed. Then I use heavy whipping cream. Just a delicious cup of hot cocoa yum! So tasty
