The Y is thrilled to partner with Flavors For Life to bring you monthly, healthy and balanced dishes together with informational videos packed with academic as well as dietary rewards! In honor of Dad's Day in June, the team at Flavors Forever produced this video to share one of the most nutritional foods for prostate wellness.

To support the academic video, we're including a scrumptious recipe for pan-seared white fish, which consists of Omega-3, among the healthiest components for prostate health and wellness.
