This is very true for me. I’ve always had a flat belly, but after my 40s I started weight gaining around my belly but it was more bloating than fat. I started drinking ginger honey and lemon every morning and it’s been 3 weeks and my bloating has gone down!
I am trying this first thing in the in the morning! I love ginger water (tea), but I always drink it in between meals and it does help joint pain but not the bloated stomach. Thank you for making this video

Does it have to be fresh ginger, or can I use the minced kind I already have in my fridge? I also read that ground ginger would work better, is that true?
Doctor, just discovered your videos and am very excited. I drank my first cup of this ginger water (with lemon and honey, and I added a couple of small rocks of Himalayan salt). It tasted pretty good! The only thing is, almost immediately, my hands and forearms started itching like crazy, similar to a niacin flush. Is this a ginger allergy? The itching only lasted a few minutes — will it be worth it for me to try it again?
