Ever since hitting puberty I had this issue and first I thought it was an early age issue but It didn’t get normal. I’ve had ED in HS when i was at my studliest and healthiest. It seemed to be more from performance anxiety or just not being in the mood even when i really wanted to perform. I’m in my early 40s now and i still only have those issues for the same reason i did as a teen. For me, the ED was more mental than physical.

Something no one ever mention, celery supplementation, a herb I don’t really like, eat very little. Another veggie a bit hard to digest for me is cucumber. I reckon even cucumber helps that way but I definitely recommend celery combined with Dr. Berg’s recommendations.

I’m 48 and I’ll get an erection every morning and even if I take a nap. I weight train 4 – 5 days a week, try to eat healthy, fast for at least 12 hours a day and keep my life stress free as possible. My biggest issue is not getting enough sleep because I only sleep 4 hours a night during the week.
I agree and fall in the same category. My biggest problem is not that I can’t get one, but that I can’t keep it when the time calls to use it. Turns out it not only effects the liver as it has to compensate the lack of filtering from the kidneys but can severely reduces blood flow to the penis and this in turn reduces sperm production. Sleep apnea also effects this as lack of oxygen, therefore lack of nitric oxide reduces sperm production. Not sure this causes ED but definitely a double whammy. Looking forward to having the stones removed later this month.

I stopped getting morning woodies in my mid-twenties, but I get erections just fine when in the mood. The better I eat and exercise, the better my erections when performing, but the AM woodies are just not happening, and It’s been almost 20 years now, so I’ve stopped worrying about it, but I do miss them.
I started taking L Argenine because of my family history and trade I am in. And I noticed a difference. I haven’t had a problem just that I am 55 and wasn’t as hard as I used to be but no disfunction per say. I also do what I can thru cumin and tumaric to lower my inflamation. Seriously though, the nutrients you mention are very important and the fasting is great. For years I’ve only eaten twice a day, which is in effect, a fasting diet. Keep the weight down for sure. I went through a period of 2 years overweight when I moved to a new country and loved the local food too much. Though very healthy Mediterranean, I ate too much of it, and it did effect everything and to some extent, the libido. The horny goat weed looks interesting, never heard of that! Lol.

Some people, a few it seems, are blessed with great bodily functions in spite of the Standard American Diet; sounds like you’re one of them. My MD DR told me he’s had old men tell him they have no problem with ED. I swear for me, everything is stacked against me: Sugar, carbs, GMO’s, toxins, glyphosate, lack of sleep, etc… At any rate, a person would do well to heed Dr. Berg’s advice for overall health including sexual function. If Big Agra is to blame for our poor quality of food, intentionally or not, it certainly seems they don’t care. It’s about yield, not nutrition.

My issue is that recently I became sexually active (again after about a decade of celibacy) and “things” do not work as I wish… About average, just turned 60, but I wonder if some of it could be caused by High blood meds I am taking for several months now.. It is a low dose (12.5mg) of HCL (Hydrochlorothiazide) but between that and stress and anxiety, I am able to “get hard” but loose it shortly after and seem not to have any control.. Is there anything aside of maybe knocking off the mess for few days before?? Thank you
