Slow really helps you keep the weights lighter. Also had a back injury and unless you’re training for a sport, slow is the way to go!

Relatively good arm genetics and comparison to other muscle groups. He even said his shoulders aren’t a genetic strong point for him and so by comparison his bis and tris look huge. Also spamming overhead tricep kickbacks I guess
Finally a guy who keeps it real and sticks with the basics. A lot of celebrity fitness stuff is based around fluff. But full body and compound exercises gets it done. 👍

@Louis Fr his biceps and triceps are looking pretty swole despite not having a wide frame at all. Like I’ve seen skinnier people (of many heights) who have wider shoulders. Dude is still killin it tho
@Justen Dobie he doesn’t look like he’s eats steroids for breakfast, unlike the rock or hemsworth or chris pratt. he looks good for a natural. not the best, for sure, but very impressive.

Doing inverted pyramid sets of incline dumbbell presses gets your triceps huge. It involves doing the highest weight you can at 12, lower for 10 and onwards. The picture I have now is not representative of their effect. I did it years ago and I was told my triceps were huge.

Love how down to earth he is. He knows his stuff! Great combo of push/pulls. Free weights are the way to go. You’ll train so much more of your body and move better for it.
Love just a realistic and healthy example of an actor’s workout routine. Guy is shredded but not to an insane marvel superhero degree. Just a good example of consistency, healthy diet, and reasonable workout routine. Love it.
I have lower back problems, really liked how he focused on slow and light dumbbell exercises for the legs as an alternative to squats and deadlifts.
As far as celeb workout routines go this one is actually fantastic. Time those rest periods, allow 2-3 minutes rest between sets of same exercise. Props‼️

Exactly. And his workout sounds like he actually goes to the gym. So often I see fitness influencers recommending like rope pulling and weird workouts with lots of reps that provide 0 muscle and just cardio
