But I have been doing better going from an A1C from 7.3 to 6.6. All of your videos are so helpful because you give information but you explain things so thoroughly. Please keep up the good work. We all need so much help, especially since sugar is in everything and that 8/10ths of the grocery story is carrying food we shouldn’t be eating. Thanks again!!

Based on my long term experience with prolonged (21-14-7 days) fasting (water or water & celery juice), I can confirm that I look much younger. Two years ago I did a test to find out my metabolic rate and it came out that my body is 12 years younger than my biological age. Fasting & intermittent fasting really work to slow down the aging process!
I’ve also tried dry fasting but for not more than 36 hours and it’s really hard….

Stress aged me a lot last year after my mom passed. I did lose a lot of weight but I didn’t look healthy. I rarely slept. I still struggle at times with this huge void that I feel. I know she would want me to be healthy . I take it one day at a time. Thank you for the information.
@toobalkain there are 2days weekly (outside of ramadhan) where muslim is encouraged by god to fast : monday n thursday. But ofcourse anybody can fast if they want too.

Mary, be kind to yourself and allow yourself to grieve. I lost my mum when I was 30yrs, I looked like crappie, I aged and cried for a year. But that’s fine, it’s a massive stress on our body. After time I managed to pick myself up and put on weight, the wrinkles relaxed because I wasn’t so uptight and I smiled again eventually. Go with the flow dear lady. The sun will shine again. @Kat Williams no. Muslims only fast from dawn to sunset. Anywhere outside that time we drink and eat as usual. We have obligatory dawn prayer to do anyway so it is strongly advised to wake before dawn then drink and eat a little bit to prepare for fasting that day
