5 Italian sausage links
5 mozzarella cheese sticks
1/2 mug marinara sauce, divided
1 Using a knife, cut a vertical slit down the center of each sausage. Just go halfway through.
2 Unwrap each cheese stick and things each cheese stick into the slit of the sausages.
3 Pour 1/4 cup marinara sauce to the base of a square baking recipe. Add stuffed sausages. Top with staying marinara sauce. Spray on Italian spices if utilizing.
4 Cover with light weight aluminum foil and also bake at 400 levels for 30-40 mins or till sausage is cooked via.

@Denise Brashears just do 350. It’s the same as cooking any other kind of meat. 350-375 is standard and it’s def not an hour and a half 45 minutes tops but that’s only because pork freaks me out so I cook the crap out of it. Could probably get away with shorter

Made this tonight, I took the casing off the sausage, and cut the cheese stick lengthwise -using half the stick only in each sausage. I also used fresh tomatoes (blanched, peeled, seeded, cubed) instead of jarred. A big hit!
