I agree about not counting carbs the healthy recommendations I’ve seen is 130g a day, and that’s if we are to not get on the subject about bulking or trying to gain weight. But counting calories is probs important to some, however I do agree with the counting colours. From what I gather a healthy weekly diet would look like fruits and veg, Lean meats and Dairy, Nuts and Seeds, Whole-grains and beans-lentils and Legumes. If your vegan or vegetarian just subtract the Meat and dairy pretty simple guidelines and ofc drink plenty of water and do your exercise people, u do need to be burning some calories through activity, 30 mins of sunlight is recommended.
