This is great for me on my own experience. I am an athlete and doma lot of workout. I don’t rely on whey proteins or so. I am just using fish oil and other vitamins for supplements. This helps me a lot from mind (greater concentration and focus) it will alsp help you gain weight. The downside for me is Bad breath and sometimes heartburn. Overall this is a great. My grandfather also take this supplements.
Taking fish oil is life changening. I have severe social anxiety to the point that talking infront of the class is terrifying for me and i get stuttered when im speaking. Thanks to fish oil. I’ve been taking fish oil for almost a month now and it really helps me a lot especially in my heart .. Because I’m getting bigger and i feel a lot of discomforts in my heart and when i started taking it, it reduces my discomforts in my heart.. I started taking Fish Oil for my joints. I can say that the capsules helped! Also, I had terrible clogged nostrils. I am 70 next year and when I was a child we were forced to take cod liver oil with a little drink of tomato juice so it would go down better I guess
I was so healthy looking
but I know and believe that it was the cod liver oil made me Healthier looking Plus I had Tb That’s what they used to heal us in the sanitarium

@abubakar mustafa I’m not sure but when I’d sleep, one nostril would be just fine but the other would be clogged. Then if I turn my head, within minutes the OTHER nostril was ok and the one that was fine was now clogged! It was as if clogged mucus was flowing within my nasal cavity if I turned my head as I laid down. I’m MUCH MUCH better with it now tho. It’s either the Fish Oil or the fact I cut back on sugar, immensely! Or both! Fish Oil has helped my health in great ways. I’m even down 27lbs and my knee is incredibly better!

Fish oil is a great sleep aid! It helps to relief a snoring.
@nats diane sounds like allergy because I have them and same thing happens, goes from one nostril to another. Fish oil is supposed to help allergies. Glad it worked for you. My ears are full so I’m hoping it will clear up my allergies. I’m taking algae oil so I don’t get fish burps. It bypasses the fish and goes straight to what the fish are eating to get their DHA & EPA. 🙂
@Sylvester I say go for it and see if the Fish Oil helps you. With any change or result, of course research as much as you can. I’ve been doing this Fish Oil thing for a while but found out about a 7 weeks ago that Fish Oil capsules can go rancid! Of course, no one wants foul oil in their body! That can create issues worse than we may have endured before. Also, while I’ve benefited from great results my cholesterol numbers rose. However, I can’t say that’s due to Fish Oil because I went crazy for Oat Milk for sometime and it’s made with Grape Seed oil. I’ve since gone back to a dairy skim milk brand I loved and I take Fish Oil 4 times a week. All in all, it’s about doing what’s best for you. Best wishes!

I recommend you do sports like running or push-ups and that you eat a lot of fruit, especially bananas, apples, mangoes. helps the state of mind and leaves the bad vices. It will help you cure your anxiety.
