I would like you to check with your ingredients in the cucumber tomato salad recipe , cucumber and tomato, do not go together as they have different digestion timings and mixing them together can cause gas, bloating and other issues as well.
When the reach the stomach and the process of fermentation starts the acids released in the abdominal cavity for digestion can cause numerous problems .

How many person does the classic ayunature salad you made in the video serve? If it serves two people, should it be okay to half the ingredients in order to make it for one person?
So half cucumber, one carrot, half capsicum, two tomatoes, one piece of coconut and half tlbs black sesame seeds.

Hello Subah, I appreciate your work a lot. Keep it up. I had issue with irregular periods and heavy prolonged periods. I actually avoid doctors but through acupressure I could figure out my issue exactly. I had heavy prolonged periods for straight three months now. I could not follow the exact timing for the meal but continued having the basic salad. I had only three to four vegetables in my salad but that helped a lot. My heavy prolonged periods got controlled and stopped within just a week. I am continuing having my salads.
Cucumber
2 carrots
4 tomatoes
1 small capsicum
1 cup coriander
2 piece of coconut
Table spoon of black sasame seeds
Spinach leaves handful -chop
Rocket leaves handful- chop
1 small beetroot (chopped , boil beetroot for 10-15 minutes)
Piece of coconut
3-4 soaked walnuts
Dressing: cucumber 1 cup
4 soaked dates

The beet rocket salad has been my favorite. I make the rainbow salad when I think my jawline needs an exercise. And ayunature is when I donโt feel like blending or I have forgotten to soak the nuts. Thank you for these delicious dressings and salads.
