I wanted to comment on the most recent video you do in hopes of you glancing over this comment. Everything you have said, has been the only thing that has worked. I have been trying to lose weight for years, and could never do it. I follow your ideas of what to do and the ideology behind it. In 2-3 months I have lost almost 30 pounds and keep going. At no point do I feel starved or like I’m dieting. It’s a lifestyle change, and it doesn’t stop me from eating cookies now and then. You have more than earned a subscription and a follow.
Now that you’ve hooked me, I appreciate getting tip videos like this from you.
I just have two meals a day, lunch and dinner, which honestly leaves me so much more satisfied, I love piiling on the calories in these two meals, than adding breakfast and snacks, and never feeling really full and happy after a meal.

I believe skipping breakfast has a reverse result cause you end up fucking hungry and devour a pie at a petrol station.

I came to the realization that these little instant noodle cups are just the perfect portion size for me. For pretty much anything. Sure I might eat 5 portions per day instead of 3, but it’s still way less overall, compared to the “normal” alternatives.
