My personal experience: Between 11th March until mid May I lost 8 kg weight. Reason, I was posted to a country where they don’t make chapati (roti). In addition, I did not like the taste of the tea at the new work place so left tea (chae) completely – that meant no sugar at all. Being a Muslim I was on fast for one month during ramzan. Finally, kept on walking late at the evening (after maghrib prayer) for at least an hour. I think leaving roti, chini, carry out walk (fasting) drastically reduce the weight. By the way I am 52 years old – enjoyed the change. Good luck to you all interested in healthy weight loss.

I avoid roti, rice and potatos that way i lose 20 kg. I eat vegetables and chicken

You should leave rotti because rotti is making so sick ultimately because rotti is a refined carb. And we should limit the refined carbs. Fasting is best.
