Kind of neat to see how it’s done, and the fact he’s said he had a huge amount of advantages in getting to where he is was nice. Makes it more realistic.
I like the way he breaks down working out. I’d appreciate an honest trainer like Rob
Crazy how far Rob has come from the first season of Its Always Sunny. Good to see man
You gotta love this guys honesty. Wish more actors were like him
Train like a celebrity
Step 1: Be rich enough to have a personal trainer and chef.
One of the most underrated artists in our decade.
I appreciate Rob opening up about his anxiety during the long days of the pandemic. It was something I think a lot of us can relate to.
Rob is definitely not using alternative facts. Ty for speaking the truth about having a trainer and a nutritionist👏🏻
Dee being real life married to Mac and telling him that she’s not finding him physically attractive is the most “Always Sunny” moment I’ve ever heard
He is so dedicated. Getting fat, I mean building mass, for the show was just will and it was hilarious.
Kaitlyn: I don’t find you attractive anymore
Rob: You look like a bird
The quarantine episode of Mythic Quest is so well done. It captures that anxiety without sacrificing hilarity.
At least he owns it and is like “I’m famous and rich enough to have a badass trainer and a chef at my disposal”. But at the same time pretty much saying you have to put in the work.
😅🤣😂
Love the fact that he pointed out he had a ridiculous advantage, because he’s rich!
Literally character developing/building.
I appreciate how open he is about how it isn’t easy to maintain that level of physicality. I think in a world of people making excuses for poor health we go too far in the opposite direction and set unrealistic expectations for everyone.
He’s full of the vinegar. Love rob. One of the few celebs that seem down to earth. Been a die hard Sunny fan since watching the pilot first night of air.
@Sky So Few Mac as a character may not stand out to most but Rob Mchelhenny the writer is genius at comedy.
@Tyler Wood Not my personal cup of tea but I’m glad you enjoy it. To each their own 🙂
@Pianopower ya having a personal chef would make sticking to a diet SOOOOOOOOOO much easier
He also writes and directs and produces. He does so much.
How long has sunny been on TV? Wouldn’t call that underrated
It’s so good.
Right? If anything it makes the average Joe/Jane respect em even more and become a bigger fan.
He’s the star of a show that has been on air for 15 seasons. Pretty sure he’s not underrated.
This is what I came to the comment section for
Yea she’s busted for real.
Literally not underrated at all.
He does a bit in another interview where he eludes to testosterone boosting substances as well lol
Vic Vinegar
Facts
Is it worth checking out?
Such a peoples champ, “most important bit of advice, I’m rich” Real recognizes real and I respect his clarity and honesty. you have to be creative, flexible, and dynamic to your fitness regiment because you don’t have the insane advantage these celebrities that give advice have, but it shouldnt discredit them. its still amazing progress.
“If you want to lose weight, quit drinking a gallon of icecream a day”
Americans: no I don’t think I will
Americans: “And I took that personally.”
Alot of us can relate to? Dude has millions lol. I dont think most of us can relate to that shill.
U are forgetting about the steroids u don’t get 10 years worth of gains just from having a chef
Shut up, bird! Always chirping in my ear, flapping around, eating seeds and stuff.
I wonder if he is joking about Kaitlyn saying he was unattractive… how incredibly offensive
@Pepe Silvia With a name like that you already know the answer 😉
You forgot hgh and trt..kinda of a major ingredient🤷🏻♂️
Personal chef helps with the eating properly part. If you’re motivated enough I guess you don’t need a personal trainer
@John Wick shilling what exactly?
2. Take a bunch of steroids. The end.
I sat next to Rob at two World Series games in Philly back in 2010. Played it cool the first game despite being a huge ASIP fan. Second game, my girlfriend at the time, doing the one cool thing she ever did for me, broke the ice on my fandom. He thought it was really cool that I didn’t fan boy out. We ended up hanging out that night and keeping in touch a bit after. He is one of the all time nicest guys ever.
Didn’t think it was possible for me to like him more
He stopped cultivating and began harvesting the MASS!
At least she was honest with him rather than secretly resenting him. That’s a good woman.
@🍕ADR3N0CHR0M3-_-ADDICT🤪 I hear Dennis when I read Big dumb bird.. lol!
@Pepe Silvia guess what, Pepe Silvia does not exist
he’s a comedian hes allowed to tell the truth like it is lol
Not me
At least she can dance…
@thhizon You beat me to it by 9 months.
That would’ve had to be either 2008 or 2009, the Phillies weren’t in the World Series in 2010.
Sounds just like Ron Swanson
@FBI I’m thinking fish lately
@J Christie Exactly!!!!
I’ve been working out for about 2 and a half months I started up with almost no muscle and could barely bench 10kg for 10 reps
Yesterday I just did 45kg for 12 reps it’s such a good feeling to see progress
The money helped him but at the end of the day the money can’t lift the weights or eat the vegetables for him lol
@M H for sure took something but probably can’t say it or something
And Anabolics, certainly Anabolic steroids.
@MrChoonky I think he talked about it on conan. had like a team of doctors make sure it was safe and regularly tested his testosterone levels.
Great insight, you don’t have to have a cover worthy body to be healthy
Real food is expensive
Really appreciate his real comments on mental health and stress. Seems like a genuine guy
Keep at it!
