I’ve been suffering lower back pain for a few years now and these exercises I find are great for immediate relief !!! Very impressive especially the Bretzel stretch!!! I actually feel lighter and ‘strange’ in a good way that I don’t have the dull, bruise like ache in my lower back! I’m gonna try and do it daily – thanks !!
Your video genuinely helped with my lower back pain. I have L2 and L3 bulging discs and some mornings are bad depending on how I slept and my activities the day before. However I do the exercises before getting out of bed…makes a huge difference.

@L D It takes a while for a muscle to get the message that it’s safe to loosen off.
Done daily it will loosen off to get the muscles it’s attached to back in better alignment.
@Marie most of us that have lower back pain doesn’t have the problem with the muscles . That’s the easiest sh*t to fix. Reread my first comment please. Have a good day! Bye
@Marie hahaha u really R a kiddo that need some education (outside the US) haha. Problems caused by the muscle are easy to repair. People who have back pain for years have usually problems with the vertebrae and discs. When u, by stretching , open up the vertebraes, u will feel instant relief . That what I did under a year. When I went to the doc, he told me by the stretching I f up my back totally. But, as I told u, u do u. No need to get angry. In the end, it’s your back. You have the right to comment, as much as I have. U don’t have to agree with what im saying. U just need to calm down haha . Bye kiddo

Just a massive thank you for your wonderful advice in this video. Over the last few weeks I have been suffering from the side effects of having my flu, cold and covid booster jab. As a result of being inactive over weeks I developed lower back pain. After following this video, not being able to take pain killers since being on antibiotics, I started practicing your exercises.
