– Sit-up Medball Toss (3 collections of 3 representatives).
– Gran Toss (3 collections of 2 associates).
– Shotput Throw (3 collections of 3 representatives per side).
– Partner Pass Rainbow Slam (3 collections of 2 representatives each way).
TRACK WORK.
– Single Leg Long Jump (2 sets of 3 reps each leg).
– Obstacle Bounds (3 collections of 15 lawns).
– Sled Push (3 collections of 15 lawns).
– In Reverse Sled Pull (3 collections of 15 backyards).
– Lateral Sled Drag (3 collections of 15 lawns).
– Outfit Sprints (3 sets of 10 lawns).
– Cone Rate Drill (2 rounds with 3 cones).
TOUGHNESS TRAINING.
– Front Foot Elevated Split Squat (4 collections of 5 associates per leg).
– 3-Point Isometric Pull-Up (4 sets of 6 associates).
– Conquering Isometric Deadlift (3 collections of 30 seconds).
– Wire Press Pull (3 sets of 5 representatives each means).
– Weighted Hip Thrust (3 collections of 5 reps with hold at top).
