Click on link to price out and order your occupancy sensor switch. I have 2 of these Top Greener switches and one 3 way switch. I really like the price point and how they work and hold up. In this video I show you how to install a motion sensor switch. My project is much more difficult because I had to install a new switch box for the switch to work properly. Disclaimer:

I think you could run 10 not 12 100 W light bulbs for an hour for 10 cents. Per kilowatt. I had it wrong too. 🙂
You are right. I remember hearing that in an electronics class I took back when I was in school, but it must be a 100W bulb run for 10 hrs. costs .10 cents. I will have to annotate the video thanks for catching that. Good Job!
great to see your son doing so well have a happy 2015. your videos are great.
Glad your son seems to be doing better. Wishing you the best in 2015
Great idea i put a timer light on in the laundry room but i like the occupancy switch better
Very nice…I’ve seen these used in commercial applications but didn’t realize they were available for home use as well. Great idea!!
Great video. Glad Bobby is doing better. Happy and blessed New Year!

Great deal man , I need one in my Bathroom .. Kids leave it on ! Will do very soon.. Thanks !! Glad to see the little man is doing better .. God bless you , And Happy New Years !!
@ShawnMrFixit Lee With bathroom you need to set it long like 20 min. because it will turn off during showers and stuff. If you get one please follow my link on the bottom of the video. I really like the brand I got I replaced a Lutron the stopped working.
@Danny Herrera Thanks Man! Happy new Year
@Mike Caffery Thanks Mike!
@A LeBlanc These switches are great! easy to put in and super reliable.
@2LateIWon Timer switch is good for bathrooms and outside lights that are controlled inside. Occupancy sensor is a huge step up from timer switches.
@ziggyr1 Thanks! You too.
Nice video, and hope you, your family, and your son had a blessed 2015 and even better 2016. I use sensor switches everywhere possible in my home too. The porch lights, the bathrooms, laundry and foyer. Bedrooms doesn’t play well especially since the switches usually control ceiling fans too. Yes there probably are some savings on electricity use and it bugs me when the kids leave on the lights all the time. But more efficient LED bulbs will save much more. I love the sensor switches for their convenience. It’s a nice touch to walk around your home and the lights pop on. By now you’ve probably replaced that “dead” switch with a blank. The deactivated switch would confuse the heck out of people why it doesn’t do anything. I’m buying those Vise Grip Wire Strippers right now!
Best part is the button that works as any conventional switch for people who prefers them.
Nice video, I hope your son get better soon.
