  12. Ramadan itself is diet program. Have iftar in sunna way. No sharbat! Have around 6-8 dates with normal water. After namaz, you may hv Chane, and fruits …. At night follow pure Islamic way of food. Eat dinner before Isha prayer and in ur Sehri, avoid any sugary dish… rather take milk, chane, Date, fruits bread etc.
    After Ramadan also try to eat Jau ke aate ki roti which is Sunnah. Eat only 3 parts of ur stomach capacity and leave 4th part empty. Simple
