Amma I have fatty liver disease, I am in recovering period now. For god sake my allopathy doctor don’t give any medicine and pain killer to me but prescribed a healthy lifestyle , and I feel so much well in this life style and obviously exercise and yoga changed my life . @Pooja mam just cut all oily foods for time being take boiled warm water 2 glasses early morning everyday. just for 3-6 months continue this and eat boiled foods and considering aunty age if she can do dailr pranayam and walking atleast 2-3 kms everyday you will see the results π dont go for medicines which i did a mistake now i stopped taking medicines after a month i am all good now π
