follow this link to remedies and lots more
In this video clip, I start by showing how delicate I was to chemicals 3 years back and then reveal the numerous natural remedies I utilized to recover from MCS such as Chaga tea as well as Magnesium Glycinate. Towards the end of the video, I show a few of the other scrumptious products I've made with Chaga and Syrup!

THANK YOU for sharing
You’re welcome!
awesome thank you. how Long did it take to heal after taking shaga?
how did you come into the idea of using this mushroom? amazing share
My brother went through a wild mushroom picking phase lol. He recommended it to me.
Just curious…do you have MCS? I felt better immediately after the first cup but healing was very gradual and chaga just took away some of the symptoms. It took a long time, about 6 months to work in public again after my first cup of chaga. However, I was still very sick and had to have a closed door office with good ventilation and had to hold my breath every time I walked past someone. Chaga helped me to reintroduce into the workforce with some adaptations. I was about 6 months working 6 to 7 hour days max. I had to take weekends off and spent most of it meditating and resting.
I’ll be making a follow-up video at some point to show the rest of my story but the real cure happened about a year after my first cup of chaga on September 8, 2016. I hint in this video about the importance of spirituality…those weekends were spent meditating using a Christian technique called lectio divina.
I’ll share the amazing details of that story when I’m ready as well as what I’ve been up to in the last year or so and why I have not had much time to post.
Cheers!
thank you. yes i am having it since 6 weeks and almost the same issues and symptoms. Docs are giving me only migraine medication MCS is not even recognised in Germany, but after watching your video about your healing procedures i got better after a few days drinking shaga Tee four times per day, supplementing with magnesium/vitamin c. doing prayer, taking cold shower and jogging on a daily basis. I am really thankful for your help. I already did read two books about shaga seems like a great medecine for multiple sensitivity issues. I am less sensitive now to perfume and chemical odors. My biggest Thanks!
cheers
Great video I think respro has the best masks
How long did it take for chaga to work. Do u drink it daily
Yes I have been drinking it daily for 3 years now and I noticed an improvement after the first cup. I have a planned follow-up video which I will post as soon as I get a chance but I have been the busiest I’ve ever been. Basically I have been working over 250 hours/month the last 6 months and I’m still feeling fine. When I started working again in 2016 I could barely do 100 hours per month.
I plan to do a video about MCS and coping with stress and one on MCS and Meditation.
There is lots of learnings to share…I’m an electrical engineer with MCS and I just ran for the last 6 months a huge mining project with a crew of 50 electricians, 10 engineers and technicians as well as two other projects on the side. Plus we are building our dream home thought it all and I did it all practically stress free.
My faith is the real secret… I’ll share everything in good time.
Give the chaga a try it will definitely help.
Cheers!
Yes the Respro is the best although I have not worn it in about 3 years.
Why did you skip the step of from the coffee grinder to making the tea that’s a pretty important step hopefully you keep drinking it in or help your brain function a little better
Hi Daniel,
Lol I’ll do another one at some point showing ALL the steps. I’m running out of chaga and need to go pick some this fall so I’ll give you some tips on where to find it, how to pick it, chop it, grind it, etc. Also, I’ll be in our new house on our new land in the spring so I’ll make a video on how to make maple chaga syrup, maple chaga butter and maple chaga candy. Lots more chaga videos to come on my channel.
Cheers!
@JACK OF ALL ISSUE I appreciate your sharing and enthusiasm and what a great resource having access to this kind of info is. As a producer of informational videos myself, it was astounding that you wasted so much of the viewers time, giving needless and unimportant information, in such a needlessly slow way, then left out the most substantial information: HOW TO MAKE THE TEA. You could have said it in a sentence of two. Feels like so much of the other attention wasting info on the internet, hopefully, your at least was unintentional
@Daniel Murphy Lol, ya it was way too long a video. It was one of my first experiments at videos and I do mean to redo it at some point with a shorter straight to the point scripted video. Thanks for the criticism!
Any update on this? How are you now and do you still deal with mcs? Can chaga be taken in another way besides tea? Are there side effects? Will the powder work? Would be nice to see an update video and more of an explanation.
Hi Azure,
Sorry, we recently moved into our new home and I haven’t had time to do an update yet but plan to do a chaga picking video soon within the next week or so.
I stil drink Chaga tea each day although I’ve lowered my dosage by about 1/3 of what I used to drink with the same allergy mitigation. I now only drink a small cup in the morning and a small cup at night. No side effects what so ever for me but it does cause some medications to work better so be careful if you take low blood pressure medications.
I also have a chaga tincture I bought for traveling since it has a label on it which makes it easier with airport security. A couple drops of that stuff is the same as a full cup of tea. You should be able to find it in health and food stores.
I’ve since bought a diesel tractor and can tolerate the fumes without any serious symptoms.
Look for an update video in the next couple weeks.
Cheers
Thank you for sharing your MCS story and personal helpful remedies. I’m going to try chaga based on this recommendation.
Hi Sarah,
Glad this could help you. FYI I am still drinking chaga every day (since 2015) but I’ve since been able to lower my dose from 3 to 4 cups per day to half a cup in the morning and half a cup in the evenings.
If you look at my Chanel you’ll notice that I can now drive a tractor without ANY symptoms and have even able to go to public places without any issues.
It works great! I’ve even made natural root beer with it (soda stream, chaga tea and maple syrup).
Cheers!
I’m going to try this I hope it helps me.
Jack, thank you so much for making this video. First of all, I have been feeling very down about going through MCS, almost wondering if there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for the inspiration. Also, you are so charming. I loved watching you make your chaga tea.
Thanks for the kind words Ana!
You might want to watch also my natural soda video…I show how I made all natural soda with maple sap and even one with chaga tea that taste just like root beer lol. You can make this with maple syrup and chaga tea instead of boiling maple sap, its a nice cool drink treat in the summer.
Don’t loose hope with MSC… I went from being unable to leave my house for a year to having got over 99.9% of my symptoms over time. But it takes TIME, you should access things in 6 month spans not days and don’t fall into the victim mentality, you need to take this as a positive adventure where you’ll learn about yourself, learn to slow down and appreciate the little things, and all these changes in your lifestyle (diet, exercise, spiritual) will get you through.
Today I thank God for having had MCS as it allowed me to refocus priorities and opened up many new paths in my life.
Please feel free to send me any questions you have.
God bless!
Let me know how it works out Justine.
Peace be upon u sir , can u give me all the list of fragrance free products that you use laundry, soap, and everything please i need your help.
Hi Umar,
Peace be with you also, there many fragrance free laundry detergents these days. Costco has a Kirkland version and Tide makes one. For soaps there are some goat milk soaps that are fragrance free as well as Aveno makes a fragrance free soap, shaving cream, and shampoo. I use scent free arm and hammer deodorant.
Hope that helps!
I have EMS as well I can’t have those electric devices you have
I will try the Chaga from Longevity Botanicals. Hope it will help! Magnesium, molybdenum, beet roots powder, diatomaceous earth and L-Citrulline has been helpful for me. I have sulfur intolerance part with MCS and MCAS.
If you just make sure you get USDA Certified Organic products (or at least read the ingredients and see if most of the ingredients are organic and that there are no man-made chemicals in it!) you should be good to go! 😉 I have MCS and this is what I do!
I have this sensitivity but didn’t develop it till later on in life. Do you think since the tea helps that there’s possibly an underlying overgrowth of yeast or mold and our body. Somehow maybe the fungus counteracts in opposite way. I was just curious.
No, MCS is typically caused by an unbalance of work and life. Basically its the disease of workaholics or people exposed to nasty chemicals.
@JACK OF ALL ISSUE well unfortunately I’m not able to be a workaholic because I have an injury but definitely been around a lot of crappy chemicals. Thank you so much for answering my question. You might also check out something called CIS. It is something new that chemicals can trigger the way your jeans react to making sure your mitochondria react correctly. Kind of interesting.
@JACK OF ALL ISSUE sorry it’s called Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). Just starting to research it
Make sure you try different types of Magnesium, some work better than others, my favorite is Magnesium Glycinate. How did the Chaga work?
For some reason YouTube had censored this comment and I’m only seeing it now. I hope you are feeling better.
God Bless!
@Critical Thinker To be honest I’ve been feeling great for years now and I’d much rather forget that entire period of my life rather than keep researching and looking back…looking to the future and being grateful for having had MCS and realigning my life for the better as a result of it is where I’m at these days. I recommend you give Chaga a try, its really quite an incredible medicinal mushroom.
God Bless!
Thanks i am doing really great thanks to you amd chaga. God bless you
@JACK OF ALL ISSUE chaga has help a lot with dizziness and fatigue. However about chemicals sensitivity molybdenum has been more helpful. Also I have discovered I have many infections caused by candida and it is probably the cause of my food and chemicals sensitivities. I am now doing an antifungal supplements protocol and low carb diet and even if the die off symptoms has been hard since 6 weeks, my food sensitivities are much better. Chemical is less bad but has not have same progress as food.
@JACK OF ALL ISSUE I really do need magnesium citrate for detox. Because my body is so blocked everywhere, I cannot detox anything.
@Mystic Being Have you tried sauna therapy yet? The intestines is only a small part of the detox process. I found I got better results from sauna therapy and sweating. The toxins/chemicals tend to get stored in your fat cells and skin, sometimes the only way to expel them is by sweating.
For me the Chaga took care of the digestion issues and block up in no time.
All my severe MCS symptoms went away miraculously when I went to confession for the first time in 20 years on September 8, 2016. I walk in the confessional extremely sensitive and weak and walked out strong with a normal sense of smell and cured from severe reactions. I had prayed for one thing; for God to allow me to be able to work again and provide for my family and that exactly what happened. Don’t forget to appeal to the divine doctor…
I will pray for you, God Bless!
Jack
@JACK OF ALL ISSUE thank you! ☺ Actually I also have hyperglycemia and serum tryptase problems in my blood. Which exacerbate my symptoms. I also have MCAS and EDS connective tissue disease.
For detox, I find epson salt bath helpful. Sauna, sun and sweating are on my list of next steps for the upcoming year. I am very weak and sick because of too much food intolerance.
Ketogenic diet has been helping me a lot and I am doing it in a anti inflammatory way with many vegan meal and less meat than the usual. With this diet my blood sugar is lower and my chemical sensitivities are less hard on me. If I eat grains or fruits, my sensitivities comes back very strong. Like if I do not metabolize very well carbohydrates.
I agree for God. I pray for protection, guidance and help every night. 🙏
I finally going to try it! omg I probably would have been healed already but i found a herb health food store that sales it locally!
