Most effective diet and weightloss tools
For those thinking about shedding fat, lower your calorie consumption by 500 to 1000 a day listed below upkeep degree and you'll shed one to 2 pounds of fat a week. And as lengthy as you're on a proper high strength training program, you will not lose muscle mass, and you will likely even acquire some. Lowering your calories 500 to 1000 daily is sufficient to deprive the fat enough to see a meaningful loss, yet still be enough to feed the lean mass and offer some development.
As soon as you have actually shed the desired weight, go into a favorable calorie equilibrium as explained. Recently one of my phone clients reported that while on a calorie deficiency diet he lost ₤ 11.00 of body weight over a 3 month duration, raised his strength significantly, and even acquired 1/2 an inch on his arms. The loss of body weight would have been mainly or specifically fat was absolutely none of it being from the contractile healthy protein component in the muscle as he did grow stronger. And place 1/2 inch on his arm.

Mike sounds like a radio dj or TV announcer from the 1940s … and I say that with high respect, people had serious class then
The lady with the spectacles brown and black underwear is my kind of gal.
Love Mikes straightforward approach.
Mike was so good and smart. Still the best mustache in bodybuilding
*AND USE HEAVY DOSES OF TREN*

That’s what I’m saying, they all seem to have the same voice. That 1920s-1950s voice, like the videos in my apush class.

I found this to be the case. I started fasting heavily but still working out very hard. All the weight that fell off me was fat. I went from prob 20% to as low as 8% BF in about 6 months
What do you mean straight forward? Its not rocket science.
better than cbums?
@Underrated Memes bro not even close
@Underrated Memes yes
I’m skeptical of Mike, but this is true. Pretty much completely.
Our bodies really don’t like losing muscle. You’d have to starve for more than 2 days for muscle breakdown to begin in earnest. With 500 kcal deficit, you don’t have to worry about muscle loss. Especially if 30 to 40% of your diet is protein.
I really want that though
Cbums is better
Leaving a comment for someone like it in 3 months when I’m done bulking pls
Ed Corney tho?

This is where I don’t agree with him, 500-1000 calories deficit is terrible for your health. Okay, maybe for a professional bodybuilder that’s on peds or someone with experience.
Any other person will mess up their macros, they will lose tons of muscles, develop an ED probably because there’s no way if you’re fat, you gonna start burning 3000kcal a day eating 2000.
For natural lifters, this is terrible for your hormones, mood, bones and especially muscle, just look it up.
Unless it’s like a prep or something VERY temporary where you’re planning on gaining weight back, NEVER do this.
I’ve generally agreed with a lot of his advice, but after my research, looking at science and experience, this one is just not right.
Does protein intake not matter ? Or is it only the intensity you put in the weights ?
@Chapa Rcfasting is extremely muscle sparing if you are only restricting calories you need to hit your protein intake of 0.8-1g/per lb of lean body mass
@Maestro thanks , I’ve been on a cut and I’ve reaching my protein intake but in some days I do eat pizza with friends , but make sure to not overpas my caloric deficit.
How did you handle hunger strikes after a workout, no way you could make make it with 500 ,1000 calories a day. You mist have some mad self control
This guy studied human physiology half of his life and realized it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get into shape. He would single handely destroy the diet industry. God rest his soul
@G R you arent eating only 500-1000 worth of calories youre taking that much off your daily intake. Mine is around 2500-2600 ill limit myself to around 2000 a day. Thats enough for lunch, dinner, my protein shake, and a snack in-between or something after dinner.
I can lose pounds a day. I can lose many pounds a week. I don’t get how it takes people a couple months just to lose a few pounds. I can literally lose 50 pounds a month if I wanted.
@Slow Evol 230
In all seriousness, I think minoxidil is the only thing that works for stimulating real facial hair growth. And the gains are permanent
Woman in the intro doesnt need to lose a pound. Shes a snack and im hungry.
Mass…lot of food and lot of aas

@AB H No, personal experience and actually reading scientific research. 500-1000kcal deficit for normal people who aren’t bodybuilding or are morbidly obese is TERRIBLE in terms of keeping your muscle mass.
I generally stick to 300-400kcal deficit instead
