I don’t think there’s anything wrong with lighting or darkening your skin as long as you do it safely. It’s your body, don’t let anyone tell you what to do with it.

I lighten areas that have gotten darker over the years with natural skin lightening soaps and lemon juice before bed, but I mostly use lemon juice, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with changing things you don’t like as long as its not harmful to yourself.

Yes, he was beautiful before, He’s beautiful now, Some people say self hate, Self hate and insecurities are 2 different things, he wanted to brighten his skin color to a lighter brown, this is like women with short hair getting weaves to get longer hair would anyone call that self hate 🤦🏽♀️ No, everyone is different and he’s doing it naturally to.

Ya know, I seriously hate how people always generalize altering ones appearance as self hate. If someone doesnt like what they see looking in the mirror, they change it, so that they can like it. This is coming from a black guy.
The community of this channel luckily accepts everything and even the craziest people, but when it comes to a skin lightening guy everyone’s hating? He feels better and is happy this way, that’s everything that counts.

If you’re light skin or white please don’t say it’s self hatred and that you should’ve stay dark skin because we all know everyone favor light skin black women, mixed women, and non black women. If a person wants to lighten their skin you should accept their decision even if you don’t like it. You’re not in their shoes and you get treated better and everyone sees y’all as more beautiful so keep y’all comments to your self.

I think he was gorgeous before he started lightening his skin. when you’re insecure about your looks, you don’t see your own beauty that everyone else sees, because what we see of ourselves will always be different than* what people outside of us, do see. It’s the way humans have been created and it’s a big mystery.

What hyperpigmentation? That’s an excuse, like Michael Jackson having vitiligo. Charlemagne the God is an example of a guy suffering from discoloration & treating it properly. Y’all ignore ppl illness until it’s too late. Dysphoria is real & they usually never satisfy no matter how much work they get done. But Yea, at least he created his own formula for his issue

I’m impressed by all the positive comments. I, myself, was born with fair skin & I always thought that more fair was beautiful so I’ve been using lightening skin products myself, since I was 16 (10 years now) & saw how insecure I felt due to me being “too dark”. I’ve been using natural skin lightening products on & off since then. It’s just my preference to be more fairer. Everyone has their own standards of beauty & this is mine

Exactly. Every has the right to like what they like and do whatever they want to do to enhance their confidence and self beauty. It’s not always a change because said beauty standards in this world. I could care less. So if I think I look better with straight hair, ima straighten my hair vs leaving it curly. It doesn’t stop at skin tone, so people should stop making it such a big deal when we ALLLLLLL do it in some shape or form.

And how long did it take to see Results?
