  1. Hello dear friends! Where are you practicing today? I’ll start – Mexico City!

  2. I’m only seeing this video now and so glad I found it. All this sitting at home during this quarantine period is hurting my back. The release position on my belly with the blanket under the hip feel soooo good. Such a wonderful stretch. Thank you for sharing! 💕

  3. One benefit of Covid 19 for me, has been that I found you Adrienne. I love your Yoga practices and actually prefer them to the ones I’ve been taking at my fancy pants gym. 🙂
Your gentleness, humor, calming voice and complete verbal instruction is incredible.
My back has been horrible for a week now and I started today by doing to low back classes and I feel so much better. Thank you for your talent, dedication and wonderful personality.
I don’t know why this is showing up under “Brian’s 40th birthday message”, but I am not Brian, I’m Barb. Bri is my son and he did turn 40, but this is so weird. Anyway, I’m sure he’d like you too!

  4. I do yoga with Adrienne about 6 out of 7 days a week from my home in a village in Botswana. She has been an absolute lifesaver. Her gentle approach is so comforting for someone coming late to the yoga game, I’m 56. Thank you so much, Adrienne!

  5. I have done this practice probably 50 times in the last 6 months and my lower back pain is gone. Thank you Adrienne for making this easy, accessible and enjoyable

  6. It’s so beautiful how the smallest change in position can transform a practice. I’ve been working with a sore lower back the last couple weeks with no success in finding a position to stretch the particular spot, and was moved to tears by a small change in foot placement around minute 12 and into a side stretching fold. Adriene continues to bring light and love into my days, every day.

  7. I’ve been doing yoga for 45 years and this is one of the best practices I’ve seen in all that time. Excellent ways to target all aspects of lower back pain/care and a great teaching style. Excited to see what else you’re doing. I’m in!

  8. No matter how tired or sore, practicing yoga with Adrienne make me feel better. Thank you

  9. Perfect!! Heading into spinal surgery and coping with pain! Thanks ❤️

  10. I was going to say, “I don’t know how you always manage to make me feel better”, but I do know. You so genuinely want to bring a lightness to everyone who joins you here and it works. Thank you, Adriene!

  11. This practice is so valuable, as having back pain in the past I can guarantee that it always works for me. I return to it if needed, but I enjoy this slow mindful sequence anytime to keep my back strong and aligned in an amazingly safe way. Your knowledge of this Adriene is awesome. As a senior yogi back strength is everything ! Our last day today, looking forward to what September will bring 🤔 must get my calendar ready 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

  12. Awww, as it happens in every end of calendar, feeling this incredible power of momentum as a closing of another cycle, full of valuable lessons and, as always, a new perception of my own body. A mix of beautiful feelings and sensations right here, right now – present in the moment.
So glad that I managed to get here, once again! My heart overflows with love, gratitude, pride, respect, positivity and an enormous joy and great honor to come together with you, Adriene, Benji and aaall darling friends, learning more and more, every single day, as an eternal student…
Huge thanks for such a priceless opportunity, which I will carry with me forever.
    Love you all. ❤️
    Namaste. 🙏🏻

  13. With almost two years of almost null activity and working from home, this is just magic to my lower back. Thanks, Adriene! I’ve following the channel for how knows how many years now and it keeps being my answer to all my yoga needs <3 Love this community, Namaste everyone <3

  14. I just wanted to let you know that I came across your channel at the beginning of my weightloss journey level 2 a year ago. After fighting and working my way through a lot of self doubt and fighting with my insurance, I was finally able to get bariatric surgery. I’m 27. I started out at 400lb. and am now 330lb. I still have a long way to go, but I wanted to let you know that your channel and workouts, especially this one, helped me believe in myself and still have fun doing it! Thank you so much! ❤

  15. I want you all to know that when we were stretching our left hips, my cat came up onto my lower back (which felt very nice) and there she stayed! She stayed there from left hip to table top to right hip! Really helped me engage my core; I didn’t want to dislodge her. Hehe

  16. Northern Minnesota! Just came inside from shoveling snow and this was a great stretch. Thank you so much!

  17. I hope Adrienne knows how many lives she’s saving- I’m 43 and have had two major spinal surgeries and three major joint surgeries- doing yoga with Adrian is teaching me how to reconnect my movements,re- teaching my body how to move again and move properly and for this I thank you 🙏🏻from the bottom of my heart! I’m now on day 15 of practicing every day!

  18. Omg this is an amazing routine. My lower back was hurting when I started, with few pinch points, and when I finished the routine, it was all gone !!! Thank you Adrienne, you are magical !!

  19. Picture this – 3 am in the morning, I had a line of fiends stretched around the corner of my block. It was in the freezing middle of January but they had camped out all night, jumping-ready to buy like there was a sale on Jordans. If you were 16 years old, in my shoes, you’d do anything to survive, right? I got good news though; I MADE IT OUT OF THE HOOD, with nothing but a laptop and an internet connection. I’m not special or lucky in any way. If I, as a convicted felon that used to scream “Free Harlem” around my block until my throat was sore, could find a way to generate a stable, consistent, reliable income online, ANYONE can! If you’re interested in legitimate, stress-free side hustles that can bring in $3,500/week, I set up a site you can use: https://incomecommunity.com
