Do you mean when I said βegg whites for extra proteinβ? Itβs because the egg whites are extremely high in protein (and low in calories) π

Does whey protein break down when heated in a microwave?
in my expiernce it turns it into a weird, hard, chalky texture that I literally cannot eat. so usually i just add protein to the hot water and oats
Low calorie? My guy that’s 1/4th my caloric intake per day

@Magnus Payne!!Brother, some of us have BMRs of 1300 calories. To lose weight, I need to eat 1000 or so. Itβs not uncommon.

Same thing happened to me. I kept it for 4.5 mins and the egg whites overcooked. It kind of tasted bland as well. I added a zero calorie sweetener but it was still pretty bland π’

@Josh Flanigan Overnight oats minus the egg whites should work. I might try cooking them in a saucepan next time, though idk how to make them less bland lol
