  1. Smoothies under 300 calories?! If youre going to live off of smoothies that’s under 1000 calories. Even if you drink a smoothie only once a day 300 calories is very little. People are losing weight not because of the smoothies but because of the calorie restriction which you can do with any diet…

  12. @tomorrows yesterdays Are shakes are ice cream and maybe candies or chocolate syrup. Smoothies are made with you know, fruits and veggies, milk, yogurt. Stuff like that

  13. At least for me (not sure others) but the start of a diet is tough but once you have been doing it non stop for like 2 weeks you get used to it and it feels normal.
