I think it would be great if you could explain glucose readings and what your numbers have to be to show that you are fat adapted. I have been doing keto since April and got a ketone meter and glucose meter a couple months ago and I have been pretty consistent of a (fasted morning reading) 1.2 ketone level and my glucose is anywhere between 88 and 98 most of the time. I heard one keto person say that you aren’t fat adapted until your glucose is under 80 even if your ketone levels and higher…. is that true? They also said that you don’t want to IF until you are fat adapted. Thank you for all your great videos!!
About one year ago I was diagnosed with Vitamin D Deficiency. My level was 9. It’s supposed to be 30-50. The doctor said he didn’t know how I was able to walk (LOL). After one year of taking 5-10K IU vitamin D, I feel so much better. Now I feel good enough to start taking my life back and getting in shape. I had gained about 40 lbs of belly fat over the last 5 years. I was really very sick. RA. Lupus. Extremely high Triglycerides. I felt like i was dying. I have a heart problem now too—Left Bundle Branch Block. Anyways–I started the keto diet last week. I already feel more mentally alert, my stomach feels not bloated, and I have control of my appetite and zero cravings.

-what about dry fasting? 24-48 hours how many times per year?

I would love to see a video with a solid strategy for losing the “last 10 pounds”. People who have lost weight and are thin, but want to get that last layer gone to show abs and make muscles pop more, or get rid of the “pooch” that is so hard to get rid of.
Sorry to go off topic. Been watching a lot of your vids on fasting and increase in growth hormone. Would be interesting to hear how long GH levels remain elevated after breaking a fast. I have no idea if they remain elevated for a few days or if only for a few hours after ending fast.

Now, for a thing I would love to see a video on: Which tests should you ask your doctor to do, if you have been on keto for a while, with nice weight loss results, but simply want to make sure that you are getting all of the nutrients that you need? Say, right now I take a short list of supplements: fish oil, magnesium, D3, biotin, and once in a while a mix of B vitamins and iron supplements. But are there other compounds that I might be low in, and not know about until it gets much worse?
A short list of typical things that you could get deficient (or too high) in, and how to tell your doctor to test for it, would be super great!
Hi Thomas… An idea came to me based on my experiences over the last 24hrs. I have 2 young children who are always carrying disease into the house. What would you recommended as best post incident recovery drink/ food? For example after a 4hr midnight purge..

I love your videos. My main problem with my diet is my cravings for sweet . Especially after dinner. I do intermittent fasting. I usually eat from 2pm to 8pm. I tried to replace the ice cream and cookies for healthy alternative but some days I giving and eat whatever I deprive myself from having. How can I turn off my sweet tooth? I’m very good with my diet during the day my problem it’s after dinner.

Hey Thomas! I was wondering if you could make a video speaking of the aspect differences in blood types. Because, indeed, adrenalin shoots differently if you are A B or O. Same for metabolising food its different from one to another, same also for tyroid gland and immune system. I think it would be one hell of a good add-on to your channel.

Did you recover from EBV ? I had it at 16 and now 48 and fatigue chronique, fibro etc.
