@Sergio Sánchez Padilla I wouldn’t put too much weight on the genetics. Let’s talk about the things you control and the things he does differently than most other people. He seems like he lives a very stress free life and that’s the most important factor imo. He eats very healthy, lives in a healthy environment, lots of fresh air, nature.. Also, as he shows, works out regularly, but I think that’s the least important factor. All that plays a huge role. Imagine him living in a hurry all the time, worrying, eating junk food etc.. No genetics in the world would keep him looking like this.
Lenny living in Bahamas in the middle of the jungle and still having enough network to do a live workout sessions with his trainer 😳…. And me in the middle of the city having hard time to find a stable connection…

@Julcisko This is a double edged sword. First of all he totally deserves his money as he put hard work behind it yes. BUT, a lot of people work hard. Imagine a pool where 1000 people work equally hard, dedicated, ready to climb that mountain and strive but only 1 of them is picked despite the fact that all of them work as hard. I’d say these celebreties are a mix of good luck AND hard work.

@HOLLOW HILL nah.. if you really about being truly healthy you’re supposed to only eat in a 8 hour window and fast for atleast 16 hours. Eating late at night especially if you wake up out of no where will break your fast.
