Any Shoulder and Abs workout in this series?
There’s a shoulders workout but no abs yet
But won’t this workout take well over an hour with that amount of sets and all the rest in between? There is a saying, you can train hard or you can train long, but you can’t do both. I rather train legs twice a week with less volume than this. This would kill your legs alright, but it seems like an old-school bodybuilder approach, just piling on too much for a good recovery (if you’re natural).

I don’t know if you noticed but he doesn’t use heavy weights doing these exercises so its not that strenuous. Also I do as much as he does, if not more in one session and that’s after a 50 minute tempo run. I only go to the gym twice a week. I run 3 or 4 times a week so if you’re fit and not lifting too much then this is not an exhausting routine. I can easily do a run the following day after this without having to recover and I’m a female in my 40s.

10 MINUTES OF WALKING LUNGES! lol
The walking lunges absolutely decimate my knee joint.
Is your chest up and are you balanced so you are leaning slightly back shifting your weight to the heels of your feet? A lot of people lean forward and push off more on the front of the foot which puts pressure on the knee. If doing these right , and you push off the balls of your foot, you will feel it more in your glutes and it will take the pressure off the knees. π

5 minutes non-stop leg extensions (machine)
3 sets of 10 dumbbell lateral lunges

10 minutes non-stop dumbbell walking lunges
Reverse lunges are worth a try. Lower impact on your knees.
