Thank you for another elegant recipe. I actually have had the regular full of sugar recipe for years and it is always a hit. I made a fairly reasonable keto version myself and it was very similar to this one. The only thing different was that I did not bake the crumbles. I think that would be a great addition. I will definitely be doing that next time. I’m also thinking of using pecan flour instead of almond flour just to see if I like that. Have a very Happy Mother’s Day Sarah!

I made this a few days ago as a lemon/strawberry cheesecake. Super yummy! I added 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice and 1/16 teaspoon xanthum gum to the cream cheese mixture to create a lemon cheese cake. I would have added lemon zest but didn’t have fresh lemons. Everything else was the same. My non keto husband said he loved it and would never know it was keto. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I’m hooked for sure. I haven’t been able to find a keto chocolate recipe that I think tastes good so I’ve been sticking to the berry deserts.
