Freeze your bowl and the heavy whipping cream about 30mins before whipping. It’ll be stiffer giving you more volume. Looks good 👍🏾

Thank you for the inspiration! I did substitute allulose for the erythritol and mixed in a packet of Knox gelatin (bloomed and melted) with the pumpkin mixture before folding in the whipped cream. Then spooned it into dessert cups as a mousse instead of into a pie crust. Amazing! 🍨
LOVE your videos! I just tried this, still in the fridge, but i thought you might like to know. You should rewrite the directions in the blog. It says for the crust to add the chopped pecans? Maybe that is what you wanted to do, but that doesn’t follow your video. Also, I wish you would add the fact about the salt. One more, there is lemon mentioned on the blog, but you never said anything about lemon, nor is it listed.
