It looks like a rich wholemeal loaf. I could just eat the crust slathered in butter. A lot of people donβt like the crusts but we used to fight over them in our house. I was the youngest, so didnβt stand much chance lol xx

Is chia “flour” just ground up chia seeds? Is it gram for gram? ie 174g of cia seeds to make 174g of chia flour?
Hi Michelle. Yes it’s just ground chia seeds for now. I first want to see if we can make all kinds of things first before we trust any additions. Oops sorry, I didn’t weigh the seeds beforehand but from past experience you need more seeds for some reason.
I’ve just given this recipe a try. While making the flour I thought I wouldn’t like the bread because of the smell the chia seeds gave off once ground. However, the bread batter smelt completely different, it smelled like actual bread and the taste is just as good. I’m obsessed! I had some toasted with butter and it was simply delicious. Thanx again Mel! You a real game changer β€οΈ
