Wow! This is the answer that I’ve been looking for for these past few weeks.
Adding kegels to the activity will make the sperm come out faster which result in my satisfaction. And also it feel different if it come out just the it is versus kegels while come out.
Anyway few weeks ago i did kegels while did it and got cramped in near stomach right after come out. I never experienced it before. Maybe it’s because less workout that i did in the past few years :/
Suggestion: if you want to practice this safely. Do it while going pee. When you tighten up you stop and when you release you start again. I can do it four times in the time of one urination but at the same time my muscles are top notch. Have a nice day.

Thanks for the video Ma’m. Just sharing that as soon as I started kegels a couple of years ago… veins in right side of my testicles got swollen within 2 days… and It has stayed permanently. I did not do it too much…still this happened.

Makes sense. My girlfriend and I regularly have penetrative sex that lasts longer than 45 minutes, and what I do is actually just relax my pelvic muscles and make sure that I breathe during intercourse. If I tense up too much down there, I’m most likely to overstimulate. If I relax, the sensation is much stronger, but the stimulation is much lower. If that makes sense. And I subsequently last as long as i feel like lasting. Minding my breathing and being sure that I don’t stop breathing as much during higher effort has been very important.

This absolutely works. You can have an orgasm without ejaculation, although the follow up ones are not as intense, at least for me, you can last much longer 2x-3x your normal time.

You have to come(without ejaculation) at least 2-3 times before you can last longer. With strong kegel, you can prevent ejaculation at any moment u want. U can go as long as u like depending on your health and diet
