hello i made goat milk kefir they taste good and fresh only problem is am having watery loose stools it started after 3 days from starting with the kefir and now am on the 6th day and still having loose stools
am drinking 1/4 of a cup (6tblsp) 3 times daily before meals is it too much ? should i lower the dose
usually i can tolerate normal cow and goat milk so what is happening with kefir?should i continue drinking?
@Samuel abi nader Hi Samuel. This is WAY too much!!! I see this all the time, people go crazy with kefir and then feel like crap. Take one Tablespoon per day for two weeks, then try one Tblsp twice daily for a month, and s l o w l y build up the dosage. If you first started to exercise, would you run 60 miles three times daily straight away, and then complain of really sore muscles LOL? Get the point?
Well. I’ve been doing kefir for a 1 year now. One theory I have about kefir is that if it sends you to the bathroom it means that you have something bad it wants to throw out. But other thing is, especially if you’re new, never drink kefir right before meals. I always since the start drink 8 ounces in the morning as soon as I wake up. And another before I go to bad. Of I est something bad and I feel the pain or having sour stomach. I would down a 16 ounce class of kefir at ones and I call that the DRAINO EFFECT 😂. IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES it’ll have you throw all the bad stuff in the toilet
What about store bought bio Kefir with no added sugar? If it has lactose is that a problem?

+rawshop No, I don’t do any live blood screening myself but have colleagues who do this. The microscope in the background in fact is an Iris Scope for my Iridology work. Most of my work is online these days however. My guess is that kefire would indeed enhance the blood cells as it has been demonstrated to improve a person’s immune system.
if you have an autoimmune disease and gut problems (candida) you should avoid milk kefir? Or should I try coconut kefir, you think that milk kefir is ok with auto immune disorder and gut problems? Also in your book it says milk is well dairy is very pro inflammatory so what makes kefir any less inflammatory?
+Jeff Hernandez It depends on your gut profile (stool testing will reveal all) and also the kind of auto-immune disease you have. Not necessarily. You can’t compare cow’s milk to kefir – they are two different things. Well-made kefir is anti-inflammatory – even it is is cow’s milk kefir.
Can I use water kefir grains in making coconut milk kefir?
Does the sugar in kefir feed the candida though? Or can I eat as much kefir as I want? I find that my craving for sugar is immense when all I eat is meats and veggies. I like to blend a little bit of frozen berries with kefir and stevia.
+Anthony Moore How about eating sweet things like fresh bell peppers? How about a green apple every day or a kiwifruit? Maybe you aren’t consuming the right kind of vegetables for you, there are many different ones with a “sweetish” taste. Kefir is fine, especially coconut or water kefir. The sugar will have been consumed by bacteria, relax.

I’m not a fan of Kombucha on the Candida Crusher diet, and notice that people generally speaking get better results with kefir culture.
Should I stop drinking kefir(homemade from raw milk) for the duration of the “The Low-Allergy Foods Stage” of the Candida Crusher Diet?

Don’t take them at the same time. Take oregano or w/e then take Kefir 2-3 hours later.
I just started making milk kefir a week ago and can I say my stomach has never felt better. Wow! I will not get into detail about the noises my stomach made after certain meals and it’s only been one week and I just feel so light in my stomach, it’s incredible! Not to mention the fact that I was never able to drink milk before and now I can! I use it for morning smoothies.

In another one of your videos you say that kefir is bad….? Can you please clarify why in this video it’s beneficial, but in another video you say fermented foods are bad and that kefir can actually contain candida strains?

Absolutely! Many can tolerate it. My grandmother (Holland) loved buttermilk and she lived a lot longer than most.
