Very interesting topic , unfortunately it’s not sustainable for most of your viewers ( not cover by insurances either ). The secretagogue route ( as discussed by Gil T ) is very appealing for again most viewers can’t get their hands on the real product ( same thing with glutathione injections) .
The only time i would use HGH ( if i could afford it ) to be really worth it would be to help me heal after a major injury/trauma . Again , I would go with the secretagogue ( if I could get it) not to suppress what’s left of my natural production ( I’m 47 ).

Sir I had used HGH on and off. Recently started getting serious constipation. After monitoring all my eating habits it is conclude that constipation is due to HGH. Can u advise something…

In regards to the heart enlargement if you take GH before activity: Isn’t it true that the muscle growth from GH is dictated by the increased IGF-1 levels, which in fact stay elevated for days after each shot of GH? I have a hard time drawing the conclusion that it would matter what time you take the GH.
I’m doing TRT and HGH, but I’m experiencing water retention. What’s the solution for this which will not negatively affect my kidneys?
Try injecting more frequently but smaller doses. That’s most likely estrogen increase, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it can be over a long enough time line. Frequent dosing with smaller amounts has showed to reduce estrogen conversion because your blood levels aren’t spiked with a bolus amount of testosterone once or twice a week.
It’s so hard to get good info because there’s so many smart, well spoken & respected people in this field that are saying different things! A debate w 5 of these guys would be priceless
I am a Belgian man who lives in Pattaya. My pituitary gland stopped delivering hormones because of a traumatic accident, Since 1990 I inject myself with growth hormones and every 20 days a testosterone intramuscular. Now because of covid, I can not go back to Belgium to buy growth hormones. I use Genotonorm 5 units (clicks) a day. The growth hormone I buy here seems not so strong . It is a Chinese hormone. The Doctor recommends a dose Growthormone of 1,6 units a day. not sure that this is enough.
Did you try this dosage and timing? How was it? Burn fat?
@Jonny Rich Music I found I preferred to do it once a day a little before bed usually. Yes low dose I think helped me get more out of it. If i was bodybuilding i could see the temptation to go a bit higher though. i did burn a bit of fat.

@Dominic Kratos I had the same issue Buck. I take Sustanon 250 at 1ml per week and HGH at 1 ml up to 8 mls when working out very hard. Splitting the dosage of Sus to three times weekly and the HGH to three times daily helped a lot. As did daily walks… Whatever you do don’t go for Arimidex, it’s poison, kills your estrogen and libido.
Hi, Steve. I am recovering from surgery, I had plates and rods put in to stabilize a bad humerus fracture. I am a ped user already, but what can I expect from using 2iu per day for increased healing? I will be using actual norditropin pens. therefore pharma grade.

I have pharmacy growth hormone and thought to use it 4 iu before training and 4 iu before the evening with insulin (insulin 4 weeks on 4 weeks off)
thought the insulin cycle is like the first week 4iu second 5iu third 6iu 4 week 6iu hgh
a break of 4 weeks after administration of insulin
but my question also concerns the timing of the foot
whether it is wise to consume carbohydrates like oatmeal + whey and peanut butter before a workout and after the workout also something like that and fats only in the morning and during the day

Started 200 mg test cyp weekly 6 months ago and 3iu HGH daily 6 weeks ago. Seeing small gains and slow fat loss but it’s still happening. Excited to see where I’ll be in a few months. 35 years old, 5’8, 170 lbs. I also had two cervical fusion surgery’s in 2022 and have muscular atrophy right tricep and right serratus muscle. Lost a lot of strength. Hope I can get back my 155 bench press. Two months ago I was at 75 LB bench press now I’m at 100 LB bench press
