Such an approachable recipe, they look great! I’m going to try it this week. Just one thought: If you made them bigger, you’d be able to get a higher filling to tortilla ratio. Assuming these are higher in carbs than the filling, bigger sized tortillas seems like a good way of keeping your carb count down.
