27. Hello! Your diet plans are effective, however, I have a request. Will you be able to provide a diet plan to detox after consuming alcohol/partying.
    Generally, there are days of partying in colleges. The next day the weight gain is generally not so much. But the day after drinking, bahut bhukh lagti hai aur junk khana ho jata hai for which the weight increases a lot. So I request you to upload a diet plan for after party nights.
