Would love some ideas to help SI pain while standing. Love your videos by the way!! They’re all very helpful!!❤
So, bats aren’t stupid?
Thank you do you have a video onthe si joint and ql that lower part of the back above the pelvis?
Exercises to help combat sitting all day. Anterior Pelvic Tilt and rounded shoulders tend to be issues.
it’s insane how accurate your videos are related to the problems I currently suffer.
Playing golf 300 times a year for 30 years and now playing golf for 67 years I can’t blame the Dr. All of the
exercises he demonstrates has helped me so I can play at least once a week. I will continue to do the
exercises and I’m working for 3 times a week. Thanks Doc.
Hope these exercises help you!
@@DrRowe I began feeling lower back pain a week ago. you drop the most relatable videos for times I’m in need …for feeeee! Yeah i can see that these already help thanks a lot!
🙋Physical therapy exercises for building muscle strength, flexibility and stamina.
I am over 55, female.
A decade ago I was fused pinned and plated at C6-C7 (drunk driver hit me🙍♀️).
I still have numbness in my left hand/arm.
I can do ten minutes of bent neck activity like standing to wash dishes, reading a magazine, any desk work or crafting…
then my neck escalates in discomfort and causes anxiety.
(If I overdo activity on my neck, I risk experiencing migraines).
Two decades ago I had damage to my lower back during a traumatic delivery of my baby
(over 30 hours induced labor, and 18 hours on an epidural, one nurse let my dead weight right leg fall suddenly to the side causing an audible cracking in my pelvis/lower back, and a nurse leaping on top of me to administer aggressive fundal compressions 🤦♀️) all of which resulted in causing numbness down my right leg, that took a few weeks before I could walk more than a few steps, months of walking with a limp, and about two years before it was ignorable, most of the time.
Now, I am experiencing stenosis in my lower back. I would think this might be related to the nerve damage twenty some years ago.
But now I can no longer stay walking for more than twenty minutes before my right hip and thigh go ‘warm’ and numb, and my lower back begins to feel thick and painful.
I would like to be able to walk for hours at venues like a museum or the fair, or nature hike. I would like to be able to tend my yard and small gardening. And do minimum house chores.
What used to take minutes now takes hours to accomplish. Projects I used to be able to complete in a few hours now take days or weeks of start and stop.
Equipment I have at home includes:
Stretch bands, light hand weights, ankle weights, a Total Gym™ (as advertised by Chuck Norris), and a tiny “jogger” exercise trampoline.
What I don’t know is:
what sort of routine to try, that I can spread my limited ability and “doing” time across normal life and chores activities (already more than I can currently keep up with),
and adding in a stamina building exercise routine? 🤷♀️

Thanks so much for watching!
That’s wonderful to hear!
There really is no point in watching any other such channel, none of them nail it like Dr Rowe does every time. 2m subscribers and rising!!
I am from India and recently watch your 2 year old video of how to relief fore-arm, biceps and triceps. I got 75% relief after doing that exercise only came on this video jus to thank you!
Love from India!
Glad you’re getting relief!
Thank you so much Dr. Rowe… I’m finally getting relief from a several month long string of issues! I COULD NOT get my lower back to pop, but this did it!
Glad you’re getting relief!
Hey Doc my legs’ natural angle outwards is way too open from birth. I don’t feel comfortable in any posture, walking, standing or even with the excercises you recommend, any advice? Thanks!
The World is still alive and humanity keep moving forward because of very best people like you. Big professional, thank you so much for what you do, doctor. And also your speech and voice are so nice and accurate. I’m very happy on finding your channel. Long live and wish you all the grace. From Russia with love xD
You are so good. Easy to follow directions. It’s like having you right there at home giving PT. Back, knee, sciatica, neck etc. God Bless You. You’re simply the very BEST!
Thanks for the low back stretching techniques. I have pain in my lower back when I stand for long periods and it’s getting progressively worse, now that I’m in my 40s. I workout regularly, including squats and deadlifts. I probably tweaked something along the way…I’ll definitely give these a try.
Hope the exercises help!
I appreciate your videos and and they are addressing the very problems that I’m having. I was born with scoliosis, but never had any real treatment. I’ve been in active and living a sedentary life for the past 25 years. I had to laugh out loud at the idea of me being able to do the exercise you’re currently demonstrating. I am so stiff and tight that it will be an achievement just getting down onto and up from the floor. But, I appreciate your videos and your exercises nonetheless. I plan to do them so that I will have a less painful. Better quality of life. Thank you! ❤ 5:32
This helped me a LOT. Thank you so much, doc!❤️
Glad it helped!
Insightful video. I’m a 19 year old guy with no family history of scoliosis and I can’t even sit properly anymore because my lower back/lumbar feels bent and very tight on the left side, extremely uncomfortable to sit without leaning to one side. No injuries or trauma to the back. I believe it started from slouching/leaning to one side while sitting for prolonged periods. Any idea what it may be? And how can I address this with exercises? I experience intense lower back pain when lying down on my back but no leg pain
Thank you Dr.Rowe ❤
I tried your tips on video and It relieves my back pain 😊
Glad you’re getting relief!
After just my first time doing these stretches I feel better. I’m going to continue them until the pain is gone. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge with everyone, you’re amazing!
Glad the exercises are helping you, and thanks for watching!
