Flavored drink mixes are the best strategy; more likely to drink something if it tastes good + the calories for enough flavor to mix in a gallon/~4l of water is minimal
Drinking water to feel full has never worked for me. My brain and stomach related water with thirst not hunger, so I could drink and entire gallon of water and it will still be room for more food ππ
I also drink a shaker bottle to every meal bit also some water after waking up
I struggle with drinking too much water:(
What’s wrong with people they drink multiple Starbucks coffee but no water
Guys just get a 2litre water bottle and keep it around you. Just practise, it takes time, but eventually you’ll get there. The more you drink the more your brain goes “oh yeah I literally need this to survivr”
Employing a similar structure to what I mentioned can help with this. So, have your set times where you drink fluids and restrict fluids outside of those times π

Here I was thinking that it was some magical solution π. On a serious note, thanks for the tip. Lately, I have barely being able to drink even a bottle, I know itβs really bad.
True keeping water around you is really useful, you just keep taking sips every now and then.
I have a 1 liter bottle from Fiji I drink 1 liter by lunch time and re fill and finish the 2nd by bedtime at 9ish
I swear by Flavored water. I was a huge soda drinker and now i dont drink it at all . I started drinking Liquied Iv watermelon flavor and i wont have it any other way.
Most of my day is driving, drinking lots can leave me busting for a piss all the time. I desperately need to increase my water intake though.
I drink 4 litres a day without too much difficulty so 2 litres would be easy
very good tip for hydration and getting enough fluid, on the contrary though, flavoured drink mixes, juices, zero calorie sodas and even coffee offset the balance of the water molecule itself on a chemical level rendering the beneficial effect of water for gut health useless or substantially less effective, to sum this problem up, if your goal is hydration and a baseline consumption of fluids then this tip will be greatly beneficial but if you are already consuming enough fluid throughout the day and want to improve gut and skin health, you generally want to consume 2oz of clean water for every 1oz of other types of beverages (such as all listed above)
Now why would i want to drink 2L of water per day

what if i drink too much? i can drink for 5L a day:)
Add some lemon no sugar, refresh n detox
How i drink 2 litres of water everyday , i fill up a bottle of 1 litre and and give myself 4 hours to finish it , like if i started at 10 am then at 11 am I’ll drink around 250 ml , then at 12 , then at 1 and then at 2 pm , again i do the same thing fill up the bottle again and give another 3-4 hours , this way in around 7-8 hours you’ll be drinking water, just remember when you drink try to gulp just one extra sip everytime, this will increase your capacity to drink overtime, in week you’ll start getting a shine on your skin , with well hydrated lips , more whiter eyes , decreased bad breath, pair it up with a day and night skincare routine for the outer layers of the skin and collagen supplement for the deepest layers of the skin , you’ll be unrecognisable in 3 months , in just one month you’ll start to look way better than you used to look , goodluck!
I heard your actual not sipose to drink water or anything when your eating you should drink it alone
drink 2 then. maybe you’re severly dehydrated
Its not healthy to drink that much water in one go, you should gradually reach your quota through the day
β@Nscwb_.you’re idea is honesty great. I had a friend who did construction as his day job then went all out in the gym after every single day. Dude drinks 2 gallons of water a day and he says sometimes it doesn’t feel like enough lol
