In this video, I show you how to crack your own upper and lower back. If you are experiencing back pain, this can give you some relief. You should never bring yourself out of your comfort zone, and only stretch as far as you feel comfortable doing. Sometimes we feel back pain and back pressure because our back needs to be cracked, so I show you how to do it by yourself.

Great video, I will put it into practice. I tried your first exercise for the lower back and gave me the relief I needed, thank you. Have you ever considered SMP (scalp micro pigmentation). You look young and your scalp has great shape. SMP will make your scalp look uniformed; resulting in a younger look. I had it done and love the results. I went to GLI… I am by no means trying to promote them, but I got the results I was looking for through them. Like chiropractors, not all are the same. I will be subscribing… thanks for the video.

I did the standing and bending forward, putting weight down through the upper limbs. I must admit it my back doesn’t pain anymore like it did since morning. I just randomly ended up here and have been cracking my fingers, knees and elbows for a long time but my back always hurts. Thanks!

I’ve had upper back ache for nearly a year and regularly tried finding info online about how to crack my upper back. This is the first time any advice has actually worked! I did the ‘arms dangling and exhaling’ technique – it didn’t take much to get one big crack and now I feel fantastic!

O MY GOD! Thank you so much. Been suffering for weeks. With your preferred method got upper thoracic to finally pop. Work with my arms stretched out front of me or over head all day. Was nearly in tears by the time I got home today. After manipulation had instant relief. And since its a natural movement its way safer than bending over chairs and smacking into wall corners.
