I have been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. In addition, I also suffer from thyroid issues. My arthritis claimed that the thyroid issue may have greatly influenced the condition of arthritis. Does this detox system help in anyway for both arthritis and thyroid, or is there any solution you can recommend? I am particularly concerned about rheumatoid arthritis 🙏

Caution. It is better to practise the asnas for a month BEFORE this Kriya, so that body becomes flexible enough.
Water should be slightly warm or luke warm.
Do it on a holiday. It is strenuous.

But as the winter season is approaching I might experience more discomfort. Right now I am and to carry on with my fault life without much issues. Thyroid is an issue with hormones and some hormones are made in the digestive system. Flushing your system will reduce your immune system which could give you an infection. Add antibiotics or steroids and you’re screwed for months. You should probably consult a doctor before trying something like this.

The best way to do something like this in the video is psyllium husk, works in less than 25 minutes and it has a nutrient profile.
sends a gelainous blob through the intestinal system and it saturates any fecal material and sends ot through the system to the colon, also softening the fecal matter in the colon and sending it out.
papaya enzymes, will turn the water fountain on in your saliva glands which will send mucus in the intestines overtime to start the digestion process.
vitamin c (ascorbic-acid) , overtaking this a few times a day is a bit like sending a few pieces of dynamite to the globs of fecal material and blowing up big pieces of it which will be sent to the colon.
magnesium- 2 seperate doses(500 mgs each), losens muscles, tissues, which makes it easy for fecal material in the intestines to move and magnesium brings water into the intestinal regions helping fecal matter move comfortably.
other things good for this sort of thing are grapes, prune juice and prunes, fennel, bay leaf, cayenne, turmeric(rda), ginger, pinneaple juice, lemon/lime, acv.
miralax, clearlax, softner.
strong gut acid helps, ghee butter, warmed butter, sea-salt, beets, ox bile, pancreas enzymes, serrapeptase.
-castor oil and warm milk.
-senna tea, but only once or twice a month.
-baking soda dropped in hot water, 2 tspns. Try this if none of the other things are working and after you take it, add some probiotics or eat yogurt, kefir, saurkraut, fermented foods to restore gut bacteria. and maybe some sea-salt, ghee or warm butter to restore gut acid and good gut bacteria.
fiber, flax, bran.
Please make something for hard stools, how to soften them without eating laxatives, its a humble request please 🙏🙏
