This was one of my go toos the first trimester sickness with my son. Kraft mac and cheese with lots of black pepper. It was the only thing that seemed appetizing to me during that time. You will get through this part soon. 🙂

So caring 😊! I hope you feel better soon Alyssa!
Cute what a precious Huband
Try drinking Perrier, or sparkling water. Helps soooo much with the nausea.
Your OB can prescribe Diclegis to help with nausea. I took this my entire first pregnancy, and it was a dream. It helped curb the crippling nausea and allowed me to return to work!
Yes!! Keep it up!! She is so strong! ❤
Try ginger for the nausea. Hang in there! 2nd trimester is so much better!

I need to know where that bed frame/headboard is from 😍
Very bland food and plain, saltine crackers is what helped me … but the day I was at the 3 month mark … all the sickness went away …hang in there …😊
Such a loving husband, Alyssa feel better soon
Ugh, I went through this a year ago and the puking did carry over for about 2 weeks in even the second and third trimester each, but it truly does get better. I’m struggling with sleep deprivation now with my slee regressed baby but I’ve never been happier and given such a purpose. I love my kiddo soooooo much. You’ll get through this and laugh one day, I did too ❤😊
Make sure to see your Ob if the sickness doesn’t stop, especially in the heat, as you may need IV fluids for dehydration.
4 weeks to currently 13 weeks I’m still with severe morning sickness 😭 I feel you girl! I hope it passes for you soon 🤞
I’m struggling too with the sleep deprivation! Baby keeps waking up at night 😭
