It is not advised to take Chlorella too close to Vitamin C(pineapple, kiwi, lime) as Vitamin C weakens the metal binding power of chlorella. Keep them 2 hours apart.
Take Cilantro/Coriander 30 minutes after chlorella for optimal results. This is very good smoothie and safe to take daily for (gradual detoxification) but if you want more serious heavy metal detox i suggest looking into proper heavy metal detox protocols that are more intense but more effective.

Healthier? Yes. Detox heavy metals, safely and effectively, not causing redistribution? No.
Chlorella is wonderful. I’ve had chronic food allergies, low blood platelets and a bunch of other health problems that almost killed me. After I started taking chlorella, my food allergies are 75% better, I can eat potatoes again for the first time in 5 years. I’m able to tolerate some wheat and corn now, as well. I came to the conclusion that I have mercury poisoning from an amalgam filling because every time I eat large amounts of cilantro, I get numbness and tingling in my fingers and toes, feel flushed and get terrible headaches. My chronic fatigue is gone now. Life is so much better and my platelets are back to normal.

You can definetly take it from organic foods that advice concerning thr vitamin C goes more for when you are taking higher amounts in supplement form on a daily bases otherwise just eating fruits it s fine you still a proper intake of vitamin C throughout the day.

The chemical composition and bonding properties of the ingredients you suggest are not right for the goal of detoxification of heavy metals. They even have the potential to be harmful and create more adverse side effects in a person who has a high concentration of heavy metals. In someone who is healthy, these ingredients are beneficial in maintaining regular health though. DMSA, ALA, DMPS are proper chelating elements. Using a protocol like Andy cutlers is the way to go for detoxing heavy metals. It is known that cilantro, spirulina and chlorella redistribute heavy metals.
@Inez by the way if they were trusting God they wouldn’t have taken it. I am a mouthpiece of the Lord in these last days. He has warned me against all of this and I too have warned so have others. If they were trusting God they would not have taken it because then their Spirit would bear conviction that it’s not something they should do. if they are not one that hears at least the holy Spirit would make them feel uneasy about it. Hosea 4:6 ” my people perish because of the lack of knowledge.”
@LionessofEl I see what you mean but respectfully, there are those who have no luxury to not take it (i.e. those who need lifesaving treatments need to be vaxxed, single parents, refugees, school kids, etc.) what are they supposed to do, die on the street? Some people take it and have faith God will protect them (there is such thing as placebo shots) and many people who believe in God also believe the vaccine is a gift from God (not my thoughts). That verse can unfortunately be applied to the public in general. There are many things we do not know or have lack of knowledge about as a society. God speaks to people in different ways and I do think people who took it can remove it from themselves. I believe in miracles everyday through God

The spinach and kiwi are full of oxalates. This can irritate the bladder. I used three hands of spinach in a smoothie which I drank two days in a row. So every two days I made a new smoothie and always added the spinach. My bladder got irritated and I stopped taking the smoothies. Later I found out it was the oxalates in the spinach that caused the irritation.

Thats usually a food sensitivity. The food sensitivity mimics or behaves like an allergic reaction but it is not an actual allergy. After several argumentative interactions with my allergist and immunologist doctor, the food sensitivies that I am having, including other sensitivies to things such as scented candles, perfumes, colognes, vents from dryer fabric softners outside of peoples homes, electronics(specifically ALL iPhones, iPads) etc. Skin and haircare products, intolerance to the scents of swimming pools is all a suspicion of having a potential Thyroid issue. Problems with the Thyroid is an Autoimmune defeciency where the body attacks its own cells. Numerous test showed no allergies to food or even anything else such as fillers. Understand that having a sensitivity is different from an actual allergen. People often misconcept this. The conclusion right now is that an accumulation of heavy metals over the years is to blame for this. Our whole enviorment is polluted. Take a moment, and Google these three things and apply them to any noticeable symptoms of health problems you seem to have with allergy like symptoms and do not be afraid to go in and get tough on your doctors. Yes make them listen to you! Google the following…..1.) Hoshimoto disease/Hypothyroidism 2.) Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and Toxicant-induced loss of tolerance (TILT).
