Slow-Cooked Vege Curry.
Active ingredients.
1 medium orange kumara, peeled off + sliced.
1 big broccoli crown, reduced right into florets.
1/2 white onion, diced.
1 can chickpeas, drained pipes as well as washed.

Yummy! Though I wonder if the collagen is just broken down in the stomach by the acid and not used by the body? It is something I haven’t looked into yet so I will do my homework 😁👍🏼

Quick question – you said you used tuna in coconut milk on your wrap. Did you buy the tuna already combined with the coconut milk? Or did you combine the two, yourself? It sounds delicious!

YUMMY!!!! love all those recipes!! want to try the slow cooker one next week when hubby goes away (he doesn’t like coconut milk!!!) BTW have you ever made your own vanilla essence?? it is super simple. Just dunk a few vanilla seed pods into a bottle of vodka (I used a 500ml bottle) and it’s done!!! it takes some time before the vodka starts to change color but I have literally had mine for years…just topping up the vodka every now and again and adding more vanilla seed pods. I believe it is much better than the store bought ones (which contain undesirable additives) and it is so easy!!! if you’re interested, give it a go!!!

In Aus coles have just started selling a vegan tuna (even comes in a can). I think the NZ equivalent to coles is new world. Just wondering if it’s available to you guys yet?
