19. 1. Beetroot and apple smoothie
    Ingredients: Beetroot, apple, half lemon juice, half cucumber
    Method: Blend in mixer and drink fresh
    2. Apple cider vinegar drink
    Ingredients: 2 table spoon apple cider vinegar and 1 glass of water
    Method: Mix and have it on empty stomach
    3. Carrot smoothie
    Ingredients: 1 carrot, half cucumber one teaspoon grated ginger
    Method: Blend all together and have in the morning breakfast
    4. Coriander Juice
    Ingredients: Bunch of coriander finely chopped, 2 glass of water and honey
    Method: Boil water in a vessel and add chopped coriander and boil it for 15 to 20 minutes, filter and cool it and add a spoon of honey and drink on empty stomach

    2 ) .1 Carrot + half cucumber+1 Tea SP Grated Ginger – smoothie
    3) . Coriander Juice = Coriander + 2 glass Water + Honey

    13 January 2022 allophatic medicine because she fell down and the blood is going out of his body so much , she got injury at forehead and two stitches is also come .so,
