We can build a decent physique in home itself! It’s all about the self discipline and the right mindset!
Remember gym Is always a luxury!
Aldo Kane sounds like a name of a sniper
K.I.S.S. Love it. Pure function training for an active and healthy life. Thanks for sharing 👍👍
basically doing all the exercises i do with adaptions beside the pulling machine. that will give you raw strength. i don’t have chiseled features like him but I put in the effort none the less and have been doing for years now.
try doing the press ups with you feet higher than your waist. thats the way I do them.
massive shoulders.👍
I like and admire his approach – not worry about the numbers or ‘data’ on displays, just go for 100% effort with good form. People giving this guy a thumbs down have to realise, this guy trains for functional/practical fitness that can save his life and that of others if need be, and this guy has the credentials to back it up, as in ‘been there, done that, got the t-shirt’. And for those who do not know this man’s background, he was a Sniper in the Royal Marines.
And that is how I build my bawdy.
Dude’s a beast.
Carpentry can do this too, but only about 10% as intense. Excellent example of common sense training.
This video is so REALISTIC!
This is what we need(ed)
I like this guy. Nothing elaborate, no personal trainer calorie watch. Just work to burnout.
I love bodyweight exercises. I’m very much a minimalist when it comes to training. Something is very satisfying about getting a hard workout with no weights imo
Absolutely true
So true, since covid 19 I’ve ditched all the meathead lifting and gone to just calisthenics, definitely possible to make gains if you’re creative with it.
Loove D-balls and a dumbell snatch. I guess the only difference in Crossfit is that we are more metric-focused and do rounds for time or like an EMOM rather than one round of each thing. We’re also very conscious of form and technique and not doing “no reps” but you don’t need to be if you just do it for fitness and not competition. Definitely very functional training method.
@Nieczerwony yes yes yes
@Mark Vegan yes yes yes
Solid simple no nonsense approach..I like it.
Agreed, can practice it anywhere too.
Great strength man! how long have you been training?
I didn’t hear about Aldo until he took part, and beat Ed Stafford in ‘First Man Out’. Seems like a really top bloke who just happens to be hard as nails.
absolutely
@Ben Wills best to incorporate both IMO. But I primarily use Calisthenics as well, it’s 10000x more fun and definitely effective. Trying to utilise compound lifts more though to improve on my ‘objective’ strength, and definitely using weights for legs, because Cali’ is quite limiting in that department.
Functional training…that’s what I just started doing. I’m gonna be 51 in a few weeks and I don’t need to lift a ton of weights. Cardio and body weight exercises is what I need
If you want to see what a real physique, no bullshit no drugs looks like, this is it.
Aldo Kane sounds like a shady smuggler from a space opera
as long as you workout until you are shaking, rest 2/3 sleep days while eating 3 meals throughout the day everyday with 100g protein, I guarantee you will get amazing body within 6 month.
Push ups, pull ups, dips, rows, clench your core like your life depends on it every rep. Strong back is primary, the rest is secondary. Your back support your entire body
@FreaK r/wooosssshhhhh
Cook the man some eggs
This is a workout for someone who’s already in a very good shape.
worked with a guy who’s son was a RM sniper, a top guy but they are the elite for sure!
I used to work with a guy who had one leg shorter than the other and we nicknamed him the snipers nightmare 😂😂
Absolute beast!
He sounds like a character in Call of Dutu
If people cant read the title then I’m worried for them
